Tulip flung a plastic chair at the idiot because it was the closest thing that she could get hold of. He barely ducked out of the way. Pity, it would have been very, very satisfying to hear the splat as the chair hit him straight in his annoyingly handsome face. He was so full of himself and she hated his guts. In that moment, as she picked up the second plastic chair to throw his way, she thought; why the hell had she ever agreed to be his girlfriend? And as the chair went flying towards Charlie, she came to the conclusion that her brain had, most definitely, been addled. Oh, and did she feel better now? She was hoping the second chair would get him in the face. Or if not in the face then, at least, in the leg or torso.

He ducked and Tulip growled in frustration.

Now she only had the plastic table left and she couldn't exactly pick it up high enough to hit him square in the face so she slid it towards him with a mighty push and an animalistic roar. Poor Charlie and his legs... and more specifically, that unmentionable part. Tsk tsk.

"Yes!" Tulip did a little happy dance while she fist-pumped the air. She walked up to the lying form of Charlie clutching his crotch and said, "Just in case it wasn't clear enough, I'm breaking up with you."

With that, Tulip walked out of his house and his life. That was how she ended up alone at a bar in a secluded part of town. It wasn't that she was heartbroken or hurt or sad. Oh no, no, she wanted to party. She wanted to party like no tomorrow. She wanted to party like she didn't give two shits about anyone. Especially that one particular someone whose generation was now an endangered species. But to be honest, she was kind of glum about the fact that she wasted a whole year on a piece of ultimate trash. And, being the classic bucketful of shit that Charlie was, he chose their one year anniversary to be balls deep in some random chick. Real classy.

"Ah..." Tulip sighed and walked over to the bar. She thought the place seemed nice. So bright and cheery but still managing to look dark and mysterious. Tulip had a feeling that something interesting was about to go down and she trusted her gut. She had learned the hard way that she should. Well, shit, she was all for it.

Because why the heck not?

"Give me something strong. I'm looking to party," Tulip told the bartender, disgruntledly, getting on an empty barstool. The young bartender gave her a once over, his eyes stopping over her chest. He slightly frowned then turned away to grab a few bottles.

Yeah, bitch, nothin' to see 'ere.

She smirked. Her white shirt, although, was tight but it covered whatever cleavage she had pretty well. But her high-waisted, denim butt-shorts... yeah, not so much. She decided to return the favour and gave the guy a thorough stare as he fixed her a drink. He gave her a look. She returned it and smirked. It's on, bitch. After all, I am a single lady. He was well above six feet and looked to be in his early twenties with sleeked back, dark, straight hair that fell in layers till his neck; it was difficult for her to make out whether they were brown or black in the bar's dim lighting. When the light hit his eyes they seemed hazel so Tulip chalked them up to actually being light brown. He had a strong, clean shaven jaw, a lean yet somewhat muscly build. And he was wearing a black button-down, dress shirt. Her eyes moved to a white, oval-shaped piece of cloth sewn into the shirt under his left shoulder. It had some black coloured scribble over it which she gathered was his name. Wait... they still wear those? Anyways, it didn't really matter to her. Nor did the fact that she didn't know his name. It was insignificant, because she was only interested in his looks. And all in all, he was not bad looking.

A shot was slid over to her. She downed it in one go and then coughed as she scrunched up her nose. Damn, that was strong. The bartender grinned at her. She narrowed her eyes at him, slightly annoyed. He was obviously testing her.
