The next morning, I woke up on a comfy hospital bed. I looked beside me to see if my parents had left me a note or something. They DID leave a note, but not a friendly one. I quietly grabbed the note and flipped it open. The note read:
Dear Alister,
I'm happy to announce that you're in a hospital! if you don't know why, it's because 1. You're a disappointment, 2. We never wanted you. Two children were enough. you were a f**king mistake and the worst one we have ever made. It took me a lot of effort just to remember your name. By the way, that whole 'dramatic' scene in the hall way was fake. We wanted people to feel bad for us! Its already bad enough that you have 1 person caring for you! Anyways, we won't be visiting until you get out of the hospital. In-fact, we aren't going to take you back either. Have fun!

Tears filled my eyes, but I couldn't let them get to me. I wiped away my tears and stared at my body cast. I stared at my wrists, noticing that they had bandaged them up. By 'them' , I mean the doctors.
