Well here's a tiny story from few years ago, my mother asked me to take a class while I'm at school or something to do. So I gave it some thought and came up with..
Zumba Class
Yep, at first I didn't wanna go but I gave it a thought. 'You know what, maybe it would be a good idea to learn a thing or two'.
And so, I tried it in school during lunch and I didn't expect to see some people are waiting for the class to start. Say about 15 people, both genders haha. I actually had a good time and so I stayed on it, kept going to classes at school during lunch time then soon found an actual Zumba classes somewhere else that was also free and other was not so free. It was $2, it wasn't that bad so I went to those three for a year. I lost a lot of weight and weird part was I didn't even knew I was eating HEALTHIER that time too.
So I stayed in that routine for good two years or so till I lost my Zumba partner...
My partner, She was having some trouble at her home and had to move away. It was a bit weird not having someone with you to enjoy things with but I did tried asking my other friend to go with me.. that other friend did go but only for few times then stopped.
When I stopped going to Zumba, I gained almost all my weight back which was about 20-30 pounds, not paying attention to what I'm eating and ate unhealthy stuff.
Then couple of years has gone by and in college, I finally got the nerve to go back to those classes and eat much better than now. It was jus myself going to Zumba, not as much as I wanted like 2-3 classes, one for lunch and evening time per day. It's jus two classes for the week except weekends and sometimes we have a Zumba party on Friday's but they usually cost $10 for 2 hours.. for me, it was worth it.
From last year on July to few months beginning of this year, 2020... I can't really enjoy doing Zumba in big open space and loud music with other people. It wasn't the same to staying at home and limited your space. But I tried and get into it so to be honest.. I rather be doing that at old building where we usually do the classes.
What did you enjoy doing to stay healthy, or doing what kind of exercises and what motivated you to feel better for yourselves?
(Sorry it took me a long time to write something for this book but over here, I was busy and tried to get use to things so I finally did and got the hang of it lol)
