As Roman sat in the coner of his bedroom he pondered his thoughts.

Why are expectations so high, she once thought so highly of me. She worshiped the very ground i walked upon. But that day, when she first laid eyes on me again after all these years, there was something different about her. She'd lost all innocences. What was ocnce a beacon of absolute purity, now sheltered the essences of hatred. She hated me, and I deserved every bit of it. Every insult, every malicious threat, every evil glare, every repulsive shutter, i deserves it all.

GOD, if I could just have her back. GOD if i could have her yelling at me right now, I'd be so elated.

Snickering at himself, Roman couldn't believe that he was talking to GOD. Having not believed in him in eons.

It's ironic how many don't believe in him, yet we call upon him in times of need. We turn away from him and refuse his teachings. But when a cristis stricks, we beg for his grace, guidence, and love. Dropping to our knees crying out, " Lord have murcy on my soul!" Laughing out loud Roman was taken aback. Why, why should he care about us when we don't even acknowledge/ believe in him?

Rising to his feet, Roman paced back and forth in his bedroom. I need to cheek on her. To see if she's still alive. I just need to see her smiling face. To know that she's in good health. Then I'll never bother her again. Yeah just one last glance........

𝓣𝔀𝓲𝓷𝓼 𝓟𝓞𝓥

After two hours of of tyrig to convincing the spoiled curly haired beauty in front of us, she finally agreed to join us for dinner. Alought we missed our reservations we all decided to head downstairs and cook together. As Nauti and Devlyn stood, they both extended a hand to help Lani out of her bed. Planting her feet firmly onto the floor, she maneuvered between the pair of them and exited her bedroom. A symphonic voice sounded from the stairs, 'last one to the kicthen doesn't get desert!" Lani laughed, then a faint gasp escaped her lips as a cool breeze swept past her down the stairs.

"Hey no fair, thats cheating," Lani yelled after the twins. Trying to concentrate Lani tried to use her vampire speed but instead something far more lucid happened. Appearing in the kicthen, Lani caught her balence and leaned against the counter. Not even a second passed before Devlyn and Nauti appeared at the foot of the steps laughing.

"Took you long enough," Lani exclaimed with a smile that stretched from ear to ear.

The twins looked at Lani with a puzzled expresson. In utter dissbelife the twins spoke in unison, "how did you beat us down here?"

"Well lets see, I was trying to use my vampire speed but it didn't work. Then out of nowhere I thought, " to the kitchen" and poof I was down here in an instint."

"I think you just discovered a new power. You'll have to learn to controll it, and we'll be here to help you every step of the way," Devlyn spoke.

"So what was that?"

That my sweet buttercup is called teleportation,.. Princess you just teleported from the top of the stairs into the kicthen, and quit speedingly i might add. Nauti spoke in a puzzled tone.
