"snip... snip-snip.."
It was a hot afternoon, and three girls cut away as they spoke on about the excitement and fear they felt towards the events of the next day. Today was the day before graduation, and the girls were preparing for something big. "This is absolutely genius, Rosie. I don't know what we'd do without you," said the one with golden curls, who was beaming with excitement and joy as she cut away at the curtains.

The stylish brunette with shoulder length hair swallowed a sip of her vodka and added, "I wouldn't have thought of using our curtains- the university's curtains, to make our costumes. It's free, and stylish too."

The second brunette had a pixie cut and was the shortest of them, stood up and danced around in her unfinished costume as she made her best friends laugh, along with herself.

Hours later, the three girls all stood in front of their mirror and admired the costumes they'd put so much hard work into. None of them were quite sure of what road was ahead of them after they'd graduate tomorrow, and they were all aware this could be the last dynamo performance for a while. It was late, but they wanted to celebrate one last time before the big day ahead of them. So after they cracked open one last bottle of wine waiting in the fridge for them and talked, the girls all went to sleep.

The next day
"You two go down there, I'll be there soon," Donna said, not wanting her friends to be late for the ceremony. Tanya and Rosie nodded their heads and stood up for one more group hug. They headed downstairs as Donna scrambled around the dorm one last time, her golden locks flying everywhere as she looked for one last thing. After a few minutes of searching, she picked up a small pink notebook with a flower pattern on it and clutched it close to her heart. Donna sighed with relief and put the book with her other things, then fixed her hair and ran to the auditorium. In case you were wondering: she was fashionably late, as she always was for everything.
