|Story 1| [personal experience]

This encounter was experienced by my cousin, she's almost eighteen. She always encountered these spooky stuff, our family said it's because of her stars, her stars are weak. So going back to the time when this happened, I will begin.

It was 11:30 pm when my mum remembered she had forgotten something at our house. We lived in a building which was right beside my grandmothers house, so we always had dinner at her house.

My memory is a blur, but I think my mum forgot her purse, where she had money and she needed it to buy ice cream that day for dessert.

So with that my mum called my cousin, and told her to get it. It was nearly midnight when she asked her brother to accompany her. So as the clock struck to midnight, they left. And within minutes they were at the ground floor of the building moving towards the elevators. Now these type of elevators were the ones of 2010, all with the rods of steel. It wasn't fully packed.

They entered the elevator and waited after pressing the 5th floors button. They both stood facing the front of the sliding doors, oblivious to who was behind them.

But as the elevator reached the second floor, my cousin felt a presence behind them, she started to freak out but kept quiet for the sake of her thirteen year old brother.

She turned her head slightly, to acknowledge the presence behind her, her hand quickly rose to stop the elevator and as it stopped she dragged her brother to the fifth floor, eyeing the elevator all the while the thing was present.

She didn't know what it was, but it was most definitely a she. Because of the long white cloth draped around the figure and the long black hair which hid the face. Her long nails were so long and pointed. My cousin felt a powerful tug at her eyes but she didn't dare make eye contact.

They quickly descended the stairs deciding on not taking the elevators. All the while my cousin was acting casual for her brother but when she heard a light clink of jewellery from the second floor when they were on the first. She clutched her brothers arm and ran. They literally sprinted till they reached my grandmothers house.

They were a panting mess, my cousin looked so pale as if she had seen a ghost, which she had. We all tried asking her what she saw or what it looked like but she didn't answer us. I was close to her, like really close so he opened up to me the next day. But she didn't describe the thing fully.

It must have been a witch, a spirit, a demon or anything else.

Later that night when she went to sleep, she felt someone choking her. She felt an incomprehensible weight on her chest, she thrashed her limbs around restlessly.

Her parents really freaked out seeing the colour drain from their daughters face. They quickly pulled out the bottle of holy water and sprinkled some of it on her. And the movement suddenly stopped an she woke up. The sigh of relief they healed were satisfactory.
