It had been well over a week since Ross and I had had our little kissing fest in my kitchen, and although both of us had been busy writting and recording we'd managed to find time to hang out iwth one another and get to know each other. I'd also been lucky enough to get to know the rest of his family. It was strange how quickly we'd intigrated our lives together.

It was saturday afternoon, my much needed day off. I'd also been invited over to the Lynch's for dinner than night. Oh my god... I thought to myself as I twirled infront of my mirror and a sleek black dress. It was so not the thing to wear. I pulled it off, throwing it into a pile of already tried on dresses in the corner of my room. I pulled out a mint dress just as my phone buzzed, Ross' name appearing with a message that read :

Relax, it's just my family. You'll look great xx

I smiled, a slight blush appearing across my cheeks as I pulled the mint dress over my head, figuring it was the best I could do for now.

I sat down in the foyer waiting for Ross to come, absentmindedly toying with the rings on my fingers. When finally I saw his car drive up through the glass doors and his gorgeous blonde figure make his way into the foyer I stood up, pushing a stray curl out of my face.

"I told you you'd look amazing." He said smiling as he wrapped me in a hug and kissed my cheek.

"Actually I think you said great but I'll take amazing." I replied, the blush returning to my cheeks.

As we drove to his house, we chatted but nothing seemed to be able to make my butterflies go away. As we slowed to a stop outside of his house I took a deep breath, before taking his hand as I stepped out of the car. As we walked up to the door one of his brothers, Rocky, opened the door. He smiled calling out to the rest of the household "Ross is back, and look he's brought a friend, wow Ross has friends!" He chuckled giving me a quick hug. "Hi to you too Rocky." I said before being pulled into a hug by a blonde haired girl I didn't know. "Hi I'm Lexie, it's so nice to meet you. Ross hasn't shut up about you since he met you by the way." She grinned before standing next to Rocky as he put his arm around her. The height difference was a fair bit, but somehow it worked for them.

"THis is my girlfriend, Lexie." Rocky said proudly, giving her a little hug from the side.

"And they are totally in love, it's disgusting." Ross whispered into my ear making me laugh. As I was dragged into the main living area by Lexie, Ross got a thump over the head from Rocky.

I met the rest of the family, Stormie and Mark welcoming me like I was one of their own. It was amazing how friendly they all were. As we sat down for dinner the jokes and laughter continued, Ross getting picked on the most. At one point in time he just about turned scarlet, Rydel and Ratliff, or Ellington as he'd let me know was his actual name, joked about him following me around like a stray pup. I squeezed his hand from under the table, a small smile appearing on his lips.
