The laughter continued through out the night, even after we were all seated in their lounge room lookin through old pictures from when they were all little. There was a picture of Ross with green hair and a couple of teeth missing. "The pool water turns my hair green, but I'd pulled my first tooth out." He explain when I gave him a questioning look. I tried my hardest to stiffle a yawn but the Lynchs caught on, Stormie urged Ross to take me home so I grabbed my shoes that I'd discarded sometime during the night and said goodbye to everyone, agreeing to their promises that I'd come around again sometime soon.

As I jumped back in the car I turned to face Ross, a little smile playing on my face."See, not as scary as you thought." He joked, taking my hand and kissing the back of it. I giggled looking out the window as the city flew by us. All to soon we were at my apartment building. I really didnt want to leave. I turned to look at him, and maybe it was the fact that I was exhausted but I reached over and kissed him, savouring the feeling of our lips moving together before I slowly pulled away. "Thank you so much for tonight." I said pushing some of his hair back before getting out of the car and walking up to the doors, turning around and waving at him before closing the door behind me.

I'd made it up to my apartment before collapsing on my couch, my heavy eyelids drooping shut before I got jolted awake by my buzzer going off. "Hello...?" I asked, my voice and mind clouded by sleep. "You forgot your shoes." A familiar voice said. I could tell he was trying to surpress a laugh.

I buzzed him up, opening the door for him as he held up my shoes. "You look like I just woke you up." He laughed handing me my shows. "And you look like you could use some sleep." I said raising an eyebrow. He shrugged leaning against the door frame. "I guess I just havent found the perfect cuddle buddy yet." That was all I needed to hear. I grabbed his hand, shutting the door behind him.

We talked for a little bit, wrapped up in blankets on my couch, before slowly falling asleep next to each other.
