❝ 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐆𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐍 ❞THE SILVER HAIRED WOMAN sits alongside the woman with raven black hair in the ship. Her purple robes hug against her body, as she looks up ahead to the pilot seat of the ship. Squinting her eyebrows in confusion, once she spots what seemed to be a raccoon in the pilot's seat. The raccoon looks back, gazing at the other individuals occupying the ship.
"Who here hasn't been to space?" the raccoon speaks. The silver haired woman sees the hands of four individuals shoot up.
"Is it a rough ride?" the young male across her speaks up.
"If you make it out to be one." the raccoon responded. The engines of the ship roar to life, feeling the increase in pressure around the ship as it begins its ascent. The Earth surroundings shift to pitch darkness, the emptiness of outer space coming into view. A woman with blue skin joins the raccoon up front by the pilot seat, as another woman surrounded by energy flies alongside the ship. The silver haired woman does not exactly know the names of every single individual. Wong simply informed her about Thanos and of the infinity stones. This made her realise who her mother, Umar was actually working for the entire time.
"How did you know where to find us?" the woman next to her speaks up. The silver haired woman looks to her side, taking in the woman's features. Creamy brown skin and eyes of a warrior staring at her.
"Wong informed me of the whereabouts of the Avengers compound." the silver haired woman responded.
"Wong?"
"Sorry, you do not know who I am speaking of. My name is Clea."
"I remember. I'm Astrid Omega." the dark haired woman speaks.
"Nice to meet you."
"Like wise. How do you know this Stephen Strange?" Astrid asked.
"We met, nearly a year ago. He helped me stop my mother. I'm glad he did. Thanos would've have obtained the time stone if we failed."
"What do you mean?"
"I suppose I discovered who my mother truly worked for." Clea sadly looked away. Astrid rested a hand on the silver haired woman's shoulder, slightly smiling.
"We all made mistakes but we need to give ourselves a break in order to move forward." Clea follows Astrid's line of sight as it landed on a bulky man with short hair and a grimace across his face.
"He seems to be regretting something." Clea pointed out. Astrid simply sighed.
"He blames himself." Astrid softly spoke.
