LUKE'S FIRST instinct after being unsnapped was contacting his family. He always felt like the black sheep in his family but after seeing his sisters Sara and Helen as well as his parents, tears of joy overwhelmed him. Sara sobbed at the sight of him, holding Luke tightly in her arms.
He missed so much in the last five years. Turns out, Sara finally got married to Matthew Greywood. Matt and Sara were saddened by the death of their former mentor Tony Stark, attending his funeral as well. He was the one who actually brought Matt and Sara together in the first place.
A tap on his shoulder causes him to turn around only to be stunned to see Shuri and T'Challa smiling at him in the backyard of his family house. Luke excused himself from his family, following the King and princess of Wakanda.
"I suppose a congratulations is in order for your sister." T'Challa said.
"Brother..." Shuri shakes her head at T'Challa.
"Oh yeah...sadly missed the wedding myself." Luke sighed.
"Five years. So much happens in only five years. Anyway, let me leave you two to talk." he smiled, walking off only to leave Luke and Shuri alone to finally have a conversation.
"So, will you allow me to visit or are you going to blast me again with your gauntlets?" Luke teased. Shuri rolled her eyes, taking Luke's hand and clipping on a pair of kimoyo beads around his wrist.
"You can use these to talk to me." she simply said. Luke chuckled, staring affectionately at Shuri.
"I missed you, Shuri." Luke fondly smiled.
"I missed you too, Luke." Shuri admits, surprising him by pressing a light kiss on his cheek.

"I WANT YOU to be king." Thor announces to Valkyrie back in Norway.
"You're joking?" she scoffed.
"Are you serious Thor?" Astrid asked.
"I was never meant to lead people. Look at the person I've become in the last five years. Valkyrie, you cared for our people more than their own king did. No one deserves the title more than you." Thor said.
