(Y/F/B)= Your favorite book

Dean POV
I wake up and roll over to see (Y/N) reading a book.
"Morning beautiful." I say with my voice still laced with sleep.
"Morning Dean." She replies without looking up from her book.
"Whatcha reading?"
"Just (Y/F/B)."
"Cool. I'm going to see if Sam's awake."
"Okay."
And with that I climbed out of bed towards the library. I spot my brother sitting at the table with his head down.
"Morning Sam."
"Morning Dean. Remember what today is?" He questions me sadly.
"Yeah November 2. The anniversary of mom's death." I say while looking down
"Yeah." He sighs
"What do you say Sammy, I'll make some breakfast and then we can go visit mom?"
"Sounds like a plan."
I walk into the kitchen to whip up some breakfast. My eyes are trained on the pan while my mind replays that horrific day in 1983.
**Time skip**
After Sam and I finished eating, I place the dirty dishes into the sink and head towards my room to tell (Y/N) the plans.
"Hey babe Sam and I are going to visit mom's grave if you want to come."
"Sure. Let me get ready and I'll meet you in the impala." She states closing her book and placing on the night stand.
I grab clothes from the dresser and walk into the bathroom to get ready. When I'm all finished I walk towards the garage. Upon entering I see Sam and (Y/N) sitting in the impala talking about who knows what.
I climb into the impala "Ready?" I ask with sadness riddling my body.
They both nod and we begin the journey to mom's grave.
**Time Skip**
The car ride was filled with silence and the silence continued as we walked towards the grave. (Y/N) grabbed my hand as we continued our journey through the cemetery. We arrive at the grave and we all stand in silence until (Y/N) spoke, "I wish I had the chance of knowing her, from what Dean told me she was great."
"She was a great mom, always cared about me and Sammy." I reply with a sad smile.
We go back to silence and the tears threaten to spill. Fighting the urge not to cry I hear Sam finally speak, "We don't we go find a motel to stay at? Something tells me that Dean doesn't want to drive back to Lebanon from Greenville."
"Good idea Sam." (Y/N) replies as she begins walking away and I stay where I am.
"Dean? You coming?" Her calm voice snaps me out of my trance and we walk out of the cemetery together.
I drive the three of us to a motel that I saw was close to a bar. I turn the car off and walk into the check in area and get a room. Having not packed anything I walk out to show Sam and (Y/N) where our room is. Upon walking in, Sam sits down on his bed unlacing his boots. The room fills with sorrow and an uncomfortable silence.
"Um I saw a bar across the street, do you guys want to go?" (Y/N) asks trying to rid the room of the uncomfortableness that has filled it.
"Sure I could go for a beer. Sam?"
"No thanks. I think I'll stay here and watch some TV." He states.
"Alright your lose." I joke with him.
(Y/N) and I say our goodbyes and walk across the street. We find a booth and we go claim it for ourselves. (Y/N) leaves to get the drinks, leaving me with my thoughts. She returns moments later with 2 beers in her hand. She slides into the booth as she passes  beer to me. We sit and talk for a bit until (Y/N) calls me out for not drinking my beer.
"Dean what's wrong? You've barely drank your beer since I gave it to you. What's going on?"
"Nothing just not that thirsty I guess." I lie. "See nothing wrong." I take a drink of my beer to prove my point.
"Uh huh sure." She replies clearly not believing me but she doesn't push.
"You know I'm actually pretty tired what do you say we go back to the motel?" I suggest
"Okay"
We start walking across the street when I come up with another lie.
"I'm going to go pick up some supplies for the trip tomorrow." I lie to get away and be alone.
"Okay I'll come with you." (Y/N) starts walking towards the impala.
"NO! I mean no it's fine. I won't be too long, why don't you go and check on Sam make sure he's okay."
"Um okay...but I'm onto you Winchester."
"Love you!" I smile to reassure her
"Uh huh" she disappears into the motel room. I climb into the impala and drive back to the cemetery.
(Y/N) POV
You walk into the motel room feeling really suspicious.
"Hey how was the bar?" Sam asks
"Eh Dean hardly touched his beer."
"Huh that's weird Dean never leaves a beer full. Speaking of Dean where is he?"
"I don't know he said he was going to get supplies but I have a feeling that something  else is going on."
"I'm sure he just has a lot on his mind with today being that anniversary of mom's death."
"I know Sam but I'm his fiancé it's my job to be there for him. I'm going to look for him." Not giving Sam a chance to reply, you teleport out of the motel and to the cemetery.
You wander around trying to remember where Mary's grave is. You begin to think that you're lost until you see Dean staring down at the grave, speaking to his mother's headstone. You stand back and listen to what he's saying.
"Mom it's been about 32 years since that horrific day and it doesn't get any easier with every year that passes without you. After all I am engaged now. I wish you could be here to meet her. I'm sure that you would love her, she's the most amazing, kind hearted and beautiful person that I've ever met. I wish you could be there at my wedding, be there when I have children, or shoot be there to show (Y/N) embarrassing pictures of me from when I was little. But you aren't and it hurts. It hurts like so bad to know that I won't be able to share those moments with you, but I have to remember that you're in a better place." Tears spill from your eyes as you see Dean wipe tears from his face.
You decide to make your presence known by walking closer.
"Dean?"
He turns around startled and that's when you see just how sad and broken he his over his mom.
"(Y/N)? How long have you been here?"
"Long enough to tell you that you don't have to go through it all alone." You place your hands on his face and wipe away the tears. He pulls you into a hugs and buries his face into your neck
"It hurts (Y/N)." He mutters
"I know Dean. But I'm here. I'm here Dean you don't have to face it alone." You feel his tears soak your neck as you stand there consoling him. After about 5 minutes you hear him mumble something about going home. You take the impala keys and drive back to the motel.
