Ch 28: Do it again.

"Will you marry me?"

Jisoo stares at her for a moment before blinking once more.

And that's when the world turns black.

"Jisoo! Jisoo!!! Wake up!" Jennie lightly slaps her cheek.

"Wha...?" Jisoo blinks her eyes groggily.

"Are you okay?" Jennie looks down at her.

"Huh? What just happened?"

"You fainted!"

"What really? Jisoo tries to look around the room. She's still laying down inside the tent and Jennie is shooting her a worried look. "Oh."

Jennie feels her forehead to gauge her temperature. "Geez you nearly gave me a heart attack." She sighs.

"My head feels kinda foggy." Jisoo squints. "What made me faint?"

Jennie swallows thickly and looks away nervously. "I'm not sure, must be too hot in this tent for you." She grabs something to fan Jisoo. Her cheeks were flushed in embarrassment. Of course Jisoo wasn't ready to get married. It was way too soon right? Totally.

"Hm. I guess so." Jisoo sighs. She couldn't quite recall what happened before she blacked out.

"Maybe You should sleep. You're obviously not feeling well." Jennie suggests.

Jisoo sighs. "Okay," She shrugs. "You'll sleep too though, right?"

"Do you want me too?"

"Yes please." Jisoo answers while cuddling into her.

Jennie chuckles. "Okay then I will." She lies down. Placing a kiss on top of Jisoo's head she sighs and closes her eyes. "I love you Kim Jisoo."

Jisoo hum and burries her face deeper into Jennie's warmth. "I love you too." She muffles.

The next morning Jisoo woke up to something uncomfortably poking into her back. She frowned in her sleep and slowly fluttered her eyes open. Reaching behind her back she feels around hoping to find the intrusion.

Unless Jennie grew a penis over night she's sure it isn't morning wood.

Her hand finally finds the object poking her in the back. Pulling it out her eyes widen comically seeing a small black box.

Opening it up she nearly chokes seeing an engagement ring.

Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my God.

Looking over at Jennie, who is still sleeping, she quickly closes the box.

No wonder Jennie was acting so strange lately.

A small smile soon graces Jisoo's lips. She re opens the box to get another peek. A giddy giggle escapes her and she quickly puts it back where she found it before Jennie could find out.

Jennie wants to marry me! That's so freaking awesome! I can't wait!

Soooo it turns out Jisoo had to wait a long time.

After Jisoo fainted and didn't remember Jennie even proposed, Jennie got a little spooked and lost her nerve. She was walking on eggshells around Jisoo, but still insisted nothing was wrong when Jisoo would ask her.

As for Jisoo, she was getting very. Very. Impatient.

Knowing Jennie could pop the question at any given moment had her riding a high for awhile. But as the weeks passed she just wanted it to happen.
