Ch 9: "Dating my Hot Boss"

It was supposed to be a normal Saturday morning. Or at least Jisoo thought it would be. The second her ditzy roomate skipped into the kitchen with a teasing smile she knew her breakfast would be turning into an interrogation.

"Sooo, how's Nini?" Lisa grins pouring herself a cup of coffee.

"I'm glad you have the decency to be dressed this time." Jisoo purses her lips, trying to avoid the conversation.

"Oh come on Sooya, you can tell me." Lisa pokes her.

"I'm not telling you anything."

"Have you guys done it yet?"

"La la la la la, can't hear you." Jisoo covers her ears. 

"Oh my god do you love her?"

"Are you crazy?! We've been dating for two weeks."

"I loved Chaeyoung after two seconds." Lisa shrugs.

"Well I'm not in love with her."

"That's no fun." Lisa pouts.

"I already feel like she thinks I'm moving too fast. I don't wanna drive her away. She doesn't really seem like the relationship type." Jisoo shrugs.

"Oh Jennie, yeah, she hates relationships. Ever since that one bitch— actually never mind. I've said too much. Let's just say Jennie has a 'girl who shall not be named' too. Since then she's been the fuck em and leave em type."

"What was the point of this conversation again? Cause I feel like its doing nothing for me."

"The point is, you're different Jisoo. Jennie really likes you. Why else would she stick around this long?"

"Uh rude." Jisoo glares.

"Come on unnie, you know what I mean. If Jennie has waited this long to sleep with you don't you think she cares about you?"

"I guess you're right." Jisoo sighs.

"See. Just give her a chance. I know she's rough around the edges but that's just an act. She's really a big softie."

"I have a very hard time believing you, but I'll listen."

"Good. Now where's breakfast bitch?"

Safe to say the reason she was late to work that morning was Lisa's unfiltered mouth. No one was allowed to call her a bitch and get away with it. Maybe just maybe, dalgome had helped her chase Lisa around the house when she should've been getting dressed.

Checking her watch she can't help but sigh seeing that she's 35 minutes late. Stepping off the elevator she hopes and prays she won't have to face her boss.

Oh wait her boss is Jennie. Maybe that's not so bad.

Still. She's pretty damn late. Tapping into her inner ninja skills, she tries to tip toe past Jennie's office. Covering her face with her breif case.

"Kim."

The sound of Jennie's stern voice makes her cringe as she freezes in place.

Kim? Well that could be 75% of this office. Maybe It wasn't her.

With that thought she tries to take another step towards her office.

"Jisoo. I can see you."

Huffing, a piece of unstraightened hair blows off her face. She turns on her heels to face Jennie. The way she sits in her chair with a glare and crossed arms reminds Jisoo of why she wasn't so fond of Jennie to begin with. She just wishes it wasn't so damn hot.
