"Are you okay?" Peter asked Frida as she walked in the kitchen.

"Yeah, why wouldn't I be?" Frida asked.

"Well you randomly left after I called you mom, I'm sorry was I not supposed to?"

"No, sweetie please do!" Frida walked over and gave him a hug. "I love you to pieces!" She squeezed him in the hug. "I really do."

—Later at Breakfast—

"Oh my!" Agnetha said surprised. "These muffins are absolutely phenomenal!"

"Did you expect anything less?" Frida asked as she giggled. Helene was sitting across from Peter, next to Agnetha, which left Frida next to Peter. Helene was cold and very shielded. She didn't want a new mother, it was obvious to Frida. After they finish eating Frida and Agnetha were cleaning up the kitchen.

"Peter can I talk with you a minute?" Helene asked Peter.

"Sure," He said casually. They both walked into the living room and sat down.

"Do you really like Frida, or are you just sucking up?" Peter was shocked and confused.

"What kind of question? I love Frida, and I would be more than happy to have her as my mom and Dad's wife!"

"Well I don't like her. She thinks she can replace Mom, and nobody can replace Mom."

"Well, Helene I don't think she thinks that. She is trying to welcome us into her home and she truly does love us, I'm serious." Helene gave Peter a blank yet daring look. "And I love her too."

Helene looked at Peter as if he just shot her. "What was our plan?"

"Our plan? Helene, be real! I never agreed!"

"Yeah well you shouldn't like Frida she is replacing Mom."

"Helene!" Peter'a voice rose. "She took us in her home and gave us food! She didn't even know about us until a week before we came here, and she accepted Dad and us! Are you kidding? You won't even try to like her! She loves you even though she doesn't know you! Why would you act so stupid? I mean, not every stepmother is as great as Frida and not every woman stays with her boyfriend after she figured out that he has kids! Not every woman would accept to random strangers claimed to be her boyfriends children in her house and make them feel like they belong there!" Peter breathed and realized he was yelling at the top of his lungs. "Now I want you to tell me that you don't like her one more time, and look me in the eyes!"

"I don't," Helene looked Peter in the eyes. "I don't," She said. She started to say it but she couldn't. She teared up a little bit and shouted, "Go to Hell, Peter Andersson!" She then ran out of the living room and to her bedroom. Peter then shook his head and sat down. He looked up towards the kitchen and realized that Frida and Agnetha had been listening since he started yelling. He got up and walked to the kitchen.

"Hey," He said to Frida. "I'm really sorry, I didn't mean to yell so loud." Frida was crying, maybe because her stepson just stood up for her or maybe because Helene didn't accept her, or that someone insulted her stepson that she loved so much. Both Agnetha and Frida looked shocked. "I'm really sorry," he said. Frida gave him a great big hug and rubbed his back.

"Do you really feel that way about me?" Frida asked between tears. "Do you really love me?"

"Yes," Peter said. "What do you think the breakfast and bedtime stories are all about?"

Frida was now crying hysterically and looking at Peter then Agnetha. Peter, and Agnetha. Peter, and Agnetha. Everything faded and Frida fell to the ground.
