A heart bound with chains
A silent scream
Golden tears fall
"Is this the end?"
Darkness crawls near
Cold seeps into the bones
"Is this the end?"
A stream of light from the window
White wings and a golden halo
Bound heart released
Silent screams no more
"Is this the end?"
The Golden tears stop and dry
Darkness draws back into the shadows
The cold turns to warmth
Clouds open in welcoming
The angel rises to heaven above
"This is the end"
