The Journey

I am driving my Jeep. We have got many cars in mountain. They work with solar energy. I have asked Lexa if she wants to have a ride, but she told me that she is fine with her horse. It is a beautiful creature. Pure white colour. I am driving beside them. After 2 hours journey, we have decided to have a break.

I am sitting in a rock. Lexa and her generals are sitting here too. Suddenly we hear scream. We look at the stream and there is a huge fish that is taking one of our soldiers. I take my gun and start firing. Luckily it gets hit several times and starts bleeding. It leaves the man and after storming for 10 mins we can see it's dead body.

Lexa looks at me in awe. Others are impressed too. I hear sound from my Jeep. My walkie talkies is signaling.
Mom: Where are you son?
Me: Mom we are taking rest. How about you guys?
Mom: We are looking over all the new additions. Your dad is very busy. But we are missing you.
Me: Me too mom. Keep me posted on everything. And inform Raven to look over all of their computers. We may find anything useful.
Mom: Okay son. Call me and I want to know, are you coming for your birthday or not?.
I look at Lexa and she gives me a nod.
Me: Yes Mom. Bye. Take care.
Mom: Bye son.

Lexa asks me when is my birthday. I inform her that after a month. I ask her if they celebrate birthdays. She tells me that they don't.

Our journey again starts. The man who was attacked is on my Jeep. It will be hard for him to ride horse.
After 2 hours, we decide to take a break. I notice a strange plant here. As I am inspecting it, Lexa tells me that this plant causes hallucinations. I am looking at other plants and can see one type of rose. I pluck it and I don't know why decide to give it Lexa. She is surprised but accepts the flower.

After 2 more hours we reach Polis. I can see a huge tower from far. I am impressed and surprised. Lexa is watching my amusement. How can this huge building have survived nuclear explosions!

Lexa tells me about the history of Polis. This city was found during their 1st commander. That time not all clans were together. She united other clans. Before that chaos were happening all around. The population of Polis is more than 30000. All clans have their own villages in their areas. Polis stays in middle. All clans are still not satisfied. But biggest problem is at this moment the Ice Nation. They are not part of clan. They have signed a peace treaty. But they anytime will try to defeat her.

I am listening to her. We are close to the gate of Polis. It is a huge one. As we go inside all are chanting for Lexa. I look at her and she gives me assuring smile. And I know I will be safe.
