Chapter 22

Hadley's POV

Niall came in to my room and asked who I was talking to.

"Nobody."

"Had' who's that?" Bryce said over my phone.

"Shit." I said under my breath.

"Hadley Danielle Tomlinson who is that on your phone?" he said using my full name and he never uses my full name.

"My boyfriend." I heard the FaceTime end.

"Why didn't you tell me you had a boyfriend?"

"Did I not! Must of slipped my mind!"

"Haha very funny, next time tell me. And by the we're getting ready to go, so come downstairs."

"But it's too far!" I said grabbing my phone and going downstairs.

I walked downstairs to tell everyone bye.

After they all left I went back up stairs and went to sleep.

A week later (the day they leave for tour)

"Come on Had'! The bus is hear!" Dad yelled from the door.

"Coming!" I grabbed my three bags along with my backpack and my purse.

I ran outside to see everyone. I sat down my bags and said my goodbyes.

I walked onto the bus and my mouth dropped.

"Close your mouth you'll catch flies." dad said coming behind me.

I looked around the bus and claimed my bunk.

"So daddy where's the first show?" I asked from my top bunk."

"Here in London tonight."

"K'."

We arrived at the stadium and stand up everything and to practicing. I slipped on my tie dye tee shirt and grey sweat pants with my hair in a messy bun.

"Let's do this!" I said to Brooke.

We sang animal by Kesha, rock and roll by Avril Levine and never grow up by Avril Levine.

"Are you nervous for tonight?" Brooke asked as we walked back to the dressing room.

"Yea kinda, I mean this is the first time we've been on stage in front of thousand of people."

"Yea.."

"So are Connor and Logan coming tonight?"

"Yea! Is all of your family coming tonight?"

"Yup, yours?"

"Yup." I said walking into the dressing room.

"Lou!" I said throwing my arms around her.

"I haven't seen you in forever!" She said hugging me. "How are you love!"

"Pretty good! Where's Lux?"

"She stayed home today. If I had known you guys where here I would have brought her!"

Lou did our hair and make up for the show. She curled my hair into lose curls and Brooke tight curls. Our make up was the same. we had natural makeup with winged eye liner and natural lips.

"What are we gonna wear?" I asked going through the clothes.

"I think I'm gonna wear this Jean shirt with this New York shirt and these maroon shorts." I said pulling them out.

"That's cute! I love it! I think I'm thinking about wearing the flannel with the black shirt underneath and some jean shorts."

"Cute!"

We changed into our clothes and fixed our hair.

"Let's go see if our dads are done yet." She said slipping on her shoes.

"Kk."

We walked to the stage and I saw someone I had never expected to see. Luke.

He just looked at me while walked without giving him one look, on the other hand Brooke was sending him death glares.

When they got off stage I grabbed dad and pulled him aside.

"Why the hell is Luke here!" I whispered/yelled.

"We needed a band for you guys and they volunteered.

"Ugh, fine. How much longer until the doors open?"

"About 20 minutes."

"Okay that gives me enough time to kill him and hide his body."

"Watch it!"

"Fine..." I said waking away.

"Hadley!" Luke said calling my name and chasing after me.

I kept walking but he finally caught up with me.

"Hadley can we just talk please." he said putting his hand on my shoulder.

"Nope."

"Please, I'm sorry and I know that you don't want me back but can we at least try to be friends. And you know that we're going be seeing each other for the next 5 months, just FYI." He said smirking at the end.

"Fine."

"Can I get a hug?" He pouted with open arms coming towards me

"Now your just pushing it!" I pushed him away.

"I'm gonna get that hug one of these days!" he said making me smile as I walked away.

Went back to Lou since my hair was going flat.

"Hey Lou can you re-curl my hair real quick it's going kinda flat."

"Sure! How much time do I have?"

"About 15 fifteen minutes."

"Perfect."

She re-curled my hair and decided to put red lipstick on me.

"Thanks Lou!" I said giving her a side a hug.

"No problem! Now go kill it!"

"Now that I can do!" Walked out.

"Are you ready Brooke?" I asked nervously.

"Ready as I'll ever be!"

The our uncles, dads, and even 5sos came over to us to wish us luck before went on.

"You'll do great!" dad says hugging me almost crying.

"Thanks!"

My uncles came over and gave me hugs and wished me luck.

"Hey Had' just look forward and just sing. You'll do great." Luke smiled at me.

"Thanks Luke." I returned a smile.

The rest of the boys did the same. i turned around to see Brooke and Calum smiling and laughing.

Dad came up behind me and a gave me a hug.

"I'm so proud of you!" He said hugging me.

"Thanks daddy it means a lot."

"Go kill it!!"

I smiled and walked away with the boys and Brooke to the stage. The curtains were still closed so all of us got to our spots and lights went dark except for the ones on the stage. The music started and curtains dropped and everyone started screaming bloody murder.
