Katsuki Bakugou Has Two Quirks, Not One!

Everyone who watches the show knows what Bakugou's 'quirk' is called. Explosion.

Dumb name honestly. But to be fair, Kohei Horikoshi might have been too lazy to come up with anything better, which I respect him for it cause I'm lazy af too.

Anyways, on to why I believe Katsuki has not one, but two quirks.

Obviously his gimmick is that he sweats a nitroglycerin-like sweat from the palm of his hands as well as...other areas...

However, I believe there is more to him. After all, you can't just expect an explosion from nitroglycerin alone. You need a spark, something to set off that explosion. Something that burns...

If anyone ever bothered to remember Katsuki's father, Bakugou Masaru, and his quirk, you might know where I'm going with this.

Bakugou Masaru's quirk is Oxidizing Sweat. He can recreate an acidic sweat with combustive and explosive properties. He is capable of making small explosions by rubbing his hands together. At least, that's according to the My Hero Academia WIKI.

This acid is probably the missing link to this whole debacle.

Acid burns after all.

My theory is that Katsuki produces two kinds of sweat. A nitroglycerin-type and an acidic type. He first lets out the nitroglycerin and then mixes it with the acidic. The acid is likely the trigger to what sets off the explosion.

Either that or he has some natural mechanism that can ignite any explosive liquid/fuel at the palm of his hands.

If my theory is correct, then that means that he's also capable of igniting other fluids capable of blowing up or bursting into flames.

Makes you wonder what he can do if you give him a bucket of gasoline.

Well there goes another MANGA THEORY!!! THANKS FOR WASTING YOUR TIME READING THIS!!! XD
