4 hours

I was competing against Connor, Scotch, and Max. Chandler wasn't looking after his contestant very well.

"Hypothermia's kicking in, Chandler's being a terrible coach, and I'm tired... I might as well head out," Max said quietly to the camera.

"Wait, what did I just hear?" Jimmy asked him.

"I'm leaving cause Chandler's a terrible coach."

"Do you want me to call him to convince him otherwise?"

"Nah, man. It's okay." Then he got out and Tareq gave him a short interview.

"I can't do this anymore, I'm out." Connor was the 2nd person to hop out.

But I was going strong.

12 hours (the next day)

The crew came back the next morning. Jimmy was about to give me a granola bar when someone pulled my foot and made me fall into the jam.

I couldn't see.
I couldn't hear.
I couldn't move.
I couldn't breathe.

"Why'd you do that, Scotch?!" I yelled furiously.

"I wanted to win this fucking challenge!" he answered as anger filled my body.

"You can't win by cheating!" Chris argued .

"Why did I even pick you, if I didn't know you were gonna cheat?" Jake questioned his friend in anger.

I was almost gonna punch Scotch in the face, but I stopped myself and said, "I'm taking Lauren to the hospital, Bailey's coming too. Oh, and Scotch?"

"Yeah?"

"You're disqualified."

Le Time Skip

We waited ten minutes for the doctors and nurses to tell us if Lauren's okay. And I am panicking.

"She'll be fine, Jimmy, don't let negativity enter your head," Bailey told me.

I tried to calm myself but I couldn't. "How do we know?"

"You can see her now," Doctor Schneeplestein told us as he led us into her room.

I was almost going to cry as I saw the state Lauren was in. She was awake, at least, and that's good enough for me. I sat next to the bed as she grabbed my hand. "Hey, Laurey..."
