"Are you okay, sir?" Sachii asked as she saw the old man lying on the sidewalk. "Sir?" She asked again but rather than hearing an answer, the old man eagerly snatched her bag and ran away. "Hey!" She shouted. "Somebody stop that thief!"
But, because she spoke in English and all people seem to be busy, nobody noticed on what she said. Facing a new challenge, she decided to follow the old man.
Darn... that old guy runs so fast! She told herself. Maybe, it's about 1 to a half kilometers distance of pure running. Added to it, are the corner streets that are dark and wet. At a nearby house outside the city, the old man finally stopped running.
He hold onto his knees and took very deep breaths. Inhale - exhale, that's what he do continuously until he saw Sachii coming. He was about to run again when Sachii reached his jacket and pull it.
"Mister..... stop please......" Sachii pleased the old man as she also take some breath.
"You... You are fast-----" The old man told her. "I do not expect it." He added. "Here, drink this." He said as he gave her the bottled juice inside the plastic bag.
"Give me all of them!" She answered. "Old man, I respect you. But, what you did is absolutely wrong!"
"You should not go down here." The old man told her.
"Who are you?" She asked while checking her plastic bag.
"Ninomiya Uegaki. I live in this place." He calmly said.
Sachii then realized that she's already outside the city. The place is kinda haunted, so quiet, dark and far from any population. She looked around and feel scared because she remembered the movie The Grudge.
Meanwhile, at the hotel::
Sorry, the number that you dialed is out of coverage area. Please call again later. Said by the service center as Renato calls his daughter who is still not going back. He is now worried. Every minute, he calls on the lobby section to check if his daughter already came but they said that she doesn't arrive yet.
Phone Rings..........
"Moshi - moshi?" Kanata greeted as he answer his phone.
"Hongo-kun, this is Mr. Renato Gonzales, father of Sacheena." Renato said as he called Kanata, the only person he knows Sachii will go at this hour.
"Ehhh.... Mr. Gonzales, why do you call to me?" He shockingly answer inside the car where Kento also rides.
"You okay?" Kento asked him.
He just nodded.
"I will only ask you if you are with my daughter now." Renato asked him.
"Ehhh??" He doesn't know what to say. "Cheena-chan? Sumimasen, demo, she is not with me now." Kanata answered as he choose the name Cheena. He also doesn't know why, but, there is a part in his heart that he is afraid that Kento will know that he also met Sachii.
"Oh, I see. She's still not going back here in hotel. I wonder where she went this time." Renato told him.
"Do you want some help, sir?" Kanata asked.
How? Renato asked himself. He only ended the call and just hope that Sachii will arrive soon. It was the first time that she went out for so long. But then, he trusts her. She is her daughter and he believes on her wits ----- aside from one thing, Marilyn must not call him when Sachii's is on a place where he doesn't know and surely, Marilyn will explode the world with her hands.
Sachii, who is still at Uegaki's place realized that it is already late, and her phone is off. "Oh my god! My father might kill me!" She told herself as she turned on her phone and call her dad.
