I had no idea where we were going. Matt pulled up to his house, but we didn’t go in. He led me to the back, which was open with a lot of soft grass everywhere.
Matt layed down in the grass and I did the same. We laid side by side hands intertwined. The only sound was our breathing. He looked at me with his warm brown eyes.
To end this night, I couldn't leave Matt with out a kiss. nothing more. Nothing less. i leaned over to his side and gently kissed his cheeck. He looked at me with eyes that could melt you. Every troubling thought I had disappeared in an instant. His face came close to me. Matt's hands cupped my face and he kissed me gently on the lips. I didnt move. My heart pumped louder than it ever has. There was a spark between us. Different from any guy I have been with.
My stomach left like someone was tying nots in it. Thoughts quickly raced through my mind. Could he love it as much as I am right now? Of course, he knows. He stoped and our eyes met. All we did for the next couple minutes was stare at each other.
His thumb brushed my cheek softly. Our foreheads rested on each other’s. I could feel his warm breath on my lips. He paused, then Matt heald me tight to his chest not letting go. The trees around us brushed in the wind, which was calming.
I felt different, happy, more than happy. I didn’t want this night to end. I just wanted to watch the stars with Matt tonight. I wanted no one else, but him to be with me right now. This was the best night I have ever had in a really long time.
