When we got back to my house, let's just say that my parents weren't exactly pleased that I snuck out.

"You both are just kids and you're going to sneak out already?!" My mom exclaimed at us madly and disappointed with us. "I mean, if you were teens I'd understand—I snuck out when I was a teenager—but you're still just a preteen. You can't be doing that, especially in this area, it's the hood and there's gangs all over here."

Monse and I sighed, tired already if listening to my mom's lecturing. She embarrassed me right now. Did she haaaveee to? And she snuck out when she was a teen, TOO?!

"It wasn't really a science fair, was it?" My dad said, stepping closer in front of me. He was scaring me now. "It wasn't really a project you and Monse had to work on, was it?"

My heart raced as I stepped closer to the door backwards, scared and terrified that my parents had known the truth of where I've been going all along.

"No, I was telling the truth those times!" I exclaimed, trying to save myself from getting killed. "But today Monse and I really had to go to the library for something. I'm sorry, Mom and Dad. I won't do it again, I promise."

They both raised an eyebrow at me and Dad said,"A library? Oh, come on! That's the worse lie I've ever heard! More like a party. Dang. My child has a boring life—sneaking out to go to a library!"

I rolled my eyes while they all laughed at what my dad had said. I needed to get out right now—like urgently. This situation with my parents right now is really making me extremely frustrated and annoyed.

A Couple Days Later...

I woke up, sleepily on a Monday morning. I sat on my bed, thinking about life. Oh no. School today. Great... I have to deal with the idiots on the bus and the psycho bitches at school again. I sighed at the thought of it. I almost felt like throwing up because of the thought of school! I rubbed my eyes and finally got out of bed, getting ready for a long day at school.

Soon, when I was all ready, I told my mom bye and then headed outside to wait for the bus. I saw Monse sitting on the sidewalk as usual, but this time eating Chester's Hot Fries. I've never tried them before, but since they were spicy, I knew I'd like them.

I sneaked up on her, without her even knowing I was out here, and then snatched the whole bag of fries.

"Hey!" She exclaimed to me, running after me as I laughed while throwing a bunch of the hot fries into my mouth.

They tasted pretty good. Similar to takis, however they didn't have a hint of lime to it. But I still loved them.

"The bus is here—give me it!" Monse said, trying to catch up with me so we could go on the bus. I wouldn't let her catch up, and she didn't want to leave without her hot fries. So she waved at the bus, motioning to the driver that they could leave without us.

"Why the hell did you do that?!" I said to her, surprised and angry. "Now how are we going to get to school?!"

"We don't need to..." she said to me, creep in her voice and trailing off.

This wasn't like Monse at all. She always made sure she could go to school—she was a good student. She would never do something like this. At this point, I just knew that this was her evil clone. But if it was... where was the real Selina..? And what was this clone going to do to me..?

I threw the bag of fries onto the ground and all of the spicy fries leaked out of the bag, staining the grass with a hot red orange color. This was probably a trap. She probably put something inside these fries—poison perhaps, since she knew from what she saw that I liked spicy chips, and then used it as a tool to set me up.

Then... in my mind I heard... RUN! And I took a deep breath and started to run—sprint actually, as fast I could, as if I was at a track meet or something. Taking off onto the sidewalk, I could hear footsteps behind me and her voice.

"You can't get away from me, little Ailea." the voice of the clone said to me. "You got yourself into this mess, and now you can't get out of it."

For some reason, what she said made me really angry and annoyed, so I stopped running. I had a strong urge of beating her up. Although this was a bad idea, I had to get this clone back for ruining my life. I couldn't let her say shit like that to me anymore, I couldn't let this evil girl follow me around and try to kill me and my best friend.

I sighed and said,"You know what, I wouldn't let you bother me anymore! You think you're so good and strong, when you're actually just evil and weak. You're a psycho, alright? And I'm not going to let a psycho bitch get the best of me! So before I do anything, I need to say something..."

"STOP TRYING TO RUIN ME AND SELINA'S LIFE!" I screamed as my eyes stung with tears, but I held the tears back, trying not to embarrass myself by crying. I then pulled the collar of the clone's shirt and said,"So now tell me what the hell you did with Selina or you die!"

Words kept leaving my mouth, even if they were lies. I couldn't kill somebody, and even if I did, how would I kill this evil clone who is probably already a serial killer and has skills at this?

She didn't say anything, except she laughed at my attempt to scare her. And then she pulled my hands off her collar and pushed me by my chest, making me fall into the ground by my butt. My heart raced. What have I got myself into? Stupid Ailea...

I looked up at the evil clone, who looked down at me with an evil smile. Then, she walked closer to me, like she was about to do something. I couldn't let her injure me, so I instinctively kicked her ankles as hard as I could, just like I kicked Jordyn the other day at school, and she fell onto the sidewalk in pain.

Then I quickly took off, away from her, thinking I could get away from her. But deep down in my mind, I knew a little piece of her would still be in me.
