Neptune: After They Left The World

Gamindustri Graveyard, where the fallen and obsolete drifts and reside. It was said that it is a place for those goddess who has forsaken their duties to slumber, and be forgotten by time. As befitting a graveyard, the landmass is in a perpetual state of decay, littered with various pieces of obsolete technological remains and rundown buildings. Even the skies of the landmass fit the mood; constantly dark, and oppresive paired with violent thunderstorms. Similar on what Neptune is currently feeling.

Neptune flew up to the tallest heap of building junk and roosted there. It's not a good idea ever since the platform wasn't a stable one and it is 500 feet above the ground. But at her current mood, Neptune ignored that fact. Neptune released the HDD transformation, and sat in the middle of the platform, hugging her own knees.

"Everyone left me. They left me." Neptune said. "Because of me, I unintentionally declared a war. God, what am I supposed to do at this point?"

Neptune gave a long, blank stare to the sky. And eventually slump her face to her knees. She had no idea on what to do.

"Nepgear... I am sorry about your big sister. I disappointed you."

Another round of sky-staring began, and ended in the same way; a slump to her knees.

"I guess... I have to go back and apologize. Yeah, that'll do."

Neptune stood up and said, "Well what are you waiting for, Neptune?! You have to go back before it's too late!"

Neptune ran for a running start, jumped off the platform and attempted HDD transformation. However, the HDD malfunctioned, and a freefall is what Neptune's having.

"Whyyyyyyyyy....!!!" Neptune screamed as she falls.

Neptune landed in a sharp pile of junk that it leaves cut marks. However, even with that along with the 500ft drop distance, it was not enough to be fatal for a goddess. This is not the first time Neptune fell from the great distance, however. She did fall at an atmosphere-high fall, and survived, twice. The immortality is indeed real.

Neptune tried to stand up, but she couldn't do so without letting out her agony. She could barely stand, and walks like a turtle.

"I...got to hurry!" Neptune forced herself to walk.

Rumors said that ever since Nepgear and co. defeated Arfoire to save Gamindustri and their sisters from The CFW, the remaining power were said to be present to this day. The citizen nor the CPU's are allowed to enter the graveyard ever since then.

The rumors were true.

A dark aura approached Neptune, and slowly got closer. Neptune was terrified to look at it, and decided to run away from it. However, her injuries were too deep that Neptune lost the strength to run. The aura didn't hesitate to surround Neptune straightforwardly.

"Aaaah!! Get away from me!!" Neptune screamed while incessantly rolling her body and flail her arm.

It was a useless effort, but it all stopped after a few minutes. The dark aura was nowhere to be seen, and Neptune stopped moving. She then stood up, and realized she's fully healed from cuts and bruises. For a second, her eyes glowed crimson, but Neptune was not aware to that fact.

"..." Neptune was confused for a second, and was about to comment about it. But instead, "Now's not the time. I need to go back, and hurry!"

Neptune ran back to the Basilicom by foot, since she couldn't transform again for some reason.

Nepgear awaits as the 3 goddess flew to the Planeptune's Sky Harbor, the connector of lands. It had been 30 minutes since the goddesses accepted to confront Neptune. Nepgear couldn't see any indication whether they are approaching or not, since they departed on 7pm. luckily for her, her N-Gear has a radar, enable her to detect a CPU from a hundred miles away. She did, however, found a moving entity that was moving slowly towards her south.
