Neptune, the brightest and the most happy-go-lucky girl, who apparently is a goddess of the nation called Planeptune. She's energetic and playful, but also lazy at the same time when it comes to her own errand and chores, which are undoubtedly her job as a CPU of her nation.
She seeks happiness from her citizen, which is a surprisingly simple wish, but ironic at the same time. She likes to make friends with the others, and play together with them.
But that only last for long.
Neptune has changed. Having her friends gone day by day have shook her. IF and Compa, which are Neptune's best friends, also passed away from old age. She do still have her sister, Nepgear, and her other CPU, Noire from Lastation, Blanc from Lowee, and Vert from Leanbox.
CPUs live for the eternity as long as a CPU have a "share", which is a form of belief of their citizen, that also locks the CPU's physical body appearance. Which is why Neptune could only suffer from sorrow. Most of her friends are humans, and they only live a couple of years. She remained young and healthy, but never grew old.
