🖤Ch.7: The Heartless Have Come! Forming a Team!🖤

The sound of rushing water echoes from all directions around the unconscious, silver-haired boy. His hand twitches, showing that he's starting to come around.

He awakens to find himself face-down on a remnant of a cobblestone road. His eyes struggle to stay open. Pushing himself off the ground too fast, he suddenly becomes dizzy. But being the strong teen he is, he is quick to shake it off. "Where am I?"

His voice is drowned out by the roar of rushing water from the waterfalls that oddly run up instead of down.

The silver-haired boy begins to turn around wildly, looking for his missing friends and taking in his surroundings at the same time.

"Dawn!"

"Sora!"

"Kairi!"

The remnant of cobblestone road the boy stands upon is actually one of many, floating rocks and ledges leading to a colossal castle.

The boy sighs deeply when he becomes aware he's alone on a different World.

Well, alone might not be entirely correct, as the boy is being watched by a fair and green-skinned figure in a black robe with purple trim and maroon edges.

🧡Back in Traverse Town💜

Donald and Goofy wander through the town's vacant Alleyway.

"Gawrsh, there's nobody here." Goofy notes, his voice quivering. "Sure is spooky!"

"Aw, phooey. I'm not scared." Donald proclaims with pride. But his proclamation is rendered null and void when a figure from behind taps the duck's shoulder. He lets out a squawky shriek, while leaping into the air. He lands on Goofy's back, shaking like a leaf.

"Excuse me. Did the King send you?" A female voice asks softly.

Goofy and Donald, still clutching to the former's back, turn to see Aerith smiling softly at the two of them. By her side, watching over her, are Ignis and Ravus.

"Come on, lazy bum. Wake up."

Kairi's voice rings in Sora's head, as he awakens from his "forced nap". He looks to his left and sees "Kairi" looking down at his slumped, groggy form on the bed.

"You okay?" 'Kairi' asks.

Sora moans. "I guess. . ."

"Those creatures that attacked you are after the Keyblade." 'Kairi' explains. "But it's your heart they really want, because you wield the Keyblade."

"I'm so glad that you're okay, Kairi. You really gave Dawn and I a scare when you disappeared like that." Sora sighs in relief.

"Kairi? Who are you talking about?" 'Kairi's' voice begins to change. "I'm the great ninja Yuffie."

"Huh?" Sora is at a loss for words, as with a quick flash of light, "Kairi" becomes a young, black-haired girl dressed in ninja garb.

"I think you might've overdone it, Squall." Yuffie calls over her shoulder, while looking Sora over.

"That's Leon." 'Squall' corrects.

'Squall' enters the room and is revealed to be Leon.

"The Keyblade. . ." Sora trails off, looking at his mystical weapon leaning up against the room's green wall.

"Yeah, we had to get it away from you to shake off those creatures." Yuffie explains, moving to stand next to Leon. "It turns out that's how they were tracking you."
