Quick AN, so I know I'm always slow on my updates, but that's because I work on the story constantly. And I'll be taking a little time to improve my mental health because I've noticed that it has also affected my writing, such as Merly constantly suffering. I'm hoping that by working on my health will also help me improve my writing. So I hope you understand, I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. I will try to update as much as possible.

*Also, the playlist for this chapter is on the "Bonus & Facts" book since the player up above doesn't work. You can open the playlist chapter as a background tab. This is the best solution I could come up with.

AVENGERS FACILITY
NEW YORK

"They will have to go to the UN as well, Colonel Rhodes." Thaddeus Ross explained to Rhodey that every single law was still in full effect which meant that those members that didn't sign the accords had to be dealt with. "The law may not be their greatest concern as of now. But they cannot walk around as they please. All 117 nations will meet in Vienna where they will discuss the accords."

"How are you so certain they will all attend?" Rhodey crossed his arms while facing Ross' hologram.

"Because they need the trust of the people." Ross replied. "And because Velasko will want to deal with Barnes's case while she's at it."

Rhodey looked down to his feet. He had almost forgotten that Bucky was also a fugitive of the law. "I'll do what I can to convince them to go."

Ross nodded. "They have five days to think it over." Ross' hologram disappeared and Rhodey looked out the meeting room's windows where the others were standing, listening to everything.

"They still want us to go." Bruce shook his head in disbelief. "After all of this I don't think anyone cares whether or not anyone signed those accords."

Steve ran a hand across his beard. "They'll use it against us if we don't deal with it."

"What about Danvers and Rocket?" Natasha asked. "Do we tell the UN about them?"

"That could actually help us possibly overturn the accords." Rhodey tapped his chin thoughtfully. "They can't force them to sign something from a planet they're not even from. There's no law forcing them to obey that."

"But Danvers is from earth." Steve pointed out.

"She can make a case for herself." Natasha added. "They wouldn't want to lose her as an ally."
