Jane's Pov
It's now Wensday, half way done with the week, joy. This weekend we have our homecoming football game, along with the school dance, the theme is Black and White, my two favorite colors!
I'm still debating if i should go or not, I've nver been much of a school dance girl, but Dani keeps on nagging me to go, even though she's bringing Jason, which she still has to get a guest for from the office, i need to remind her.
At the moment I'm sitting at lunch, waiting for Dani to get here, probably looking like a total low life since I'm the only one at the table, but to hell with that, I don't care.
Jake is still in the hospital i guess, becasue he won't call or answer my phone calls.
"So you going to homecoming babe?" Grayson says, while sitting right in front of me.
"Huh?" I ask to lost in my thoughts.
"I asked if your going to homecoming this weekend?" He says with a crooked smile.
"Um I don't know, I'm not much of a 'dance' type of girl... What about you?" I ask, then shove a pringle in my mouth. i think I'm pms'ing, son of a bitch, aw well.
"Well i do have a game on friday, so i kind of have to go, you know quarterback and star of the team" He adds all cocky.
"Don't get to cocky, you're ego can only get so big." I say bitter sweetly.
"Me cocky!? Never!" He says all sarcasticly.
"Can you leave now?" I ask, just wanting some peace and quiet, and to eat my pringles in silence.
"Fine, but you have to go to homecoming okay?"
"Why?" I ask shoving two more pringles in my mouth.
"You'll see." He says with an evil smirk, and then leaves.
-------------Dress shopping Thursday after school with Dani-------------------
"Does this dress make my ass look flater then is already is?" Dani asks me while twirling in front of a huge wall mirrior.
"You're ass isn't flat, but I don't care for the dress, get something a little more you, that dress doesn't look like you" I state.
"Here I'll go try on thiis other dress i grabbed, and you go try on these ones" Dani says handing me at least 8 hangers with black dresses and white dresses.
I make my way into the dressing room, and by the time i try on the 7th dress, I'm about to give up.
The last dress, fits just right, it's black lace, with long lace sleevs, it hugs just right around my curves, and falls at my mid thigh. This is the dress, and it's only $50, i can manage that.
I walk out of the dressing room, to show Dani
"HOLY SHIT! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH JANE!?" She asks in awe
"Haha, very funny, does it look good or not?"
"YES! I So aprove! Damn, Graysons not going to be able to keep his hands off you on friday night!" she says.
"First off Grayson may be good looking, but all he wants is to get laid, and I'm not in the mood to help him with that desire, so with that being said, he's getting none of this" I say gesturing to myself.
"Mhmmm suuure Jane okay whatever you say, but don't get all pissy when i say I told you so after homecoming."
"I won't because nothings going to happen." I say.
Par tof me has a feeeling like someting might happen, even though I know I shouldn't let it, but someimes i can't help it.

----1 Hour before Homecoming, on Friday night-----------
To my extent, my makeup looks on point, if you were to ask me. I decided to leave my hair down, but added some loose curls to my hair, i also applied some dark red lipstick, along with a thin line of eye liner, and some mascera. After i did the rest of my makeup, i slipped into my new dress, and put on my black heels, that were only a good 3 inches, since i can't walk in heels for worth shit.
I grab my phone and begin to walk down stairs.
I hear a knock on the door, huh? It must just be Dani, but i guessed wrong.
I open th door only to see, a handsome looking Grayson right before my eyes.
"Well hi there" I say, trying to hint for him to stop staring at me.
"You look hot" he says biting his lip. Damn he looks hot too- wait did i just actually think that! Fucking great!
"I think you have a bit of drool." I say with a little to much enthusiasm.
"Very funny"
"So what are you doing here anyways?" I ask as we both enter my kitchen.
"Dani asked for me to swing by and pick you up, since her and Jason are getting a little side tracked." He adds.
"I could have just driven myself you know?" I say leaning up against the kitchen counter,
"Yeah you could have, but then I wouldn't have been able to do this"
"Do wha-" before I could finish my words, another pair of lips were pressed up agianst my own.
I didn;t pull back either, becasue for some odd reasone it felt good, and right, but yet wrong in so many ways.
We pull apart, his hands are around my waist, while I'm still up against the counter.
"Wow" is all he says, amazed a little bit I guess?
"Uhm" I say still kind of tripping out, about what just happened.
" I guess we better get going then." he says, retracting his hands from my waist, and takes a few steps back.
" Yeah I guess we should."
"Oh wait" He says, reaching into his inside pocket, and pulls out a white rose corsage.
"Wow, it's beautiful, thank you" I say rather suprised. He puts the corsage on my wrist, and then we link hands, and walk out to his vehicle.
