'Sup. I'm Stonepelt, medicine cat apprentice of LightClan. I'm the right age of a warrior, but hey, that's not the life for me. My clanmates tease me about being an apprentice, mostly because my mate/girlfriend, Oakpool, is medicine cat. *AHEM* Anyway, I used to be a ThunderClan warrior, but that is way over. Uh, you wanna hear about it? Kinda nosy much, but okay.

So, it was around sundown when I heard rustling by the gorse tunnel by ThunderClan camp. Thank StarClan all the warriors were on patrol, because then there would've been a ton of commotion. And I HATE commotion. Jeez, that's another reason I wanna be med cat! Anyway, I jumped, like, 5 fox-lengths high.

"Stonepelt," something whispered. What? My name? Stalker much!

"Hello?" I whispered back. "Who are you?"

"It's me, Adderclaw."

Adderclaw and I were best buds. I trotted out of the tunnel and smiled happily at him. There were, like, a bunch of other cats. I instantly noticed the pretty calico beaming at me.

"Hi, I'm Oakpool! It's so nice to meet you," Oakpool meowed.

"I-I'm Stonepelt. It's, uh, nice to meet you too," I answered shyly. Oakpool smiled and looked away. A reddish cat smirked and stifled a giggle. I felt my face grow hot. I quickly changed the subject.

"Why are you all here?" I asked, recovering my curiosity. "The patrols should be here soon."

"Jadestar here is forming a new Clan. You want in?" Adderclaw asked. Cool. Honestly, the request didn't really take me by surprise, because I'm a generally laid-back kinda cat.

"Sure," I shrugged. "I don't really have any friends there anyways." I flicked my tail to the gorse tunnel. Adderclaw didn't question my quick answer. That's why were friends.

"Let's get moving, then," a fluffy brown tabby said. "I'm Jadestar, and I'm glad you made this decision to join the Clan." Jadestar trotted off and the Clan followed. I fell behind Adderclaw and beside Oakpool.

"Hey," I meowed.

"Hi," she responded. "I'm the medicine cat. If you need anything, just come to me. Now go talk with your friend Adderclaw." she looked slightly disappointed.

"Nah, I think I'll stay with you," I mewed, blushing. Oakpool purred shyly. And with that, we were off on our first adventure together as clanmates.
