My review:

I think that this is one if the few Mackenzie Ziegler fanfictions that I actually like. (Not saying that the other authors who have written a Mackenzie fanfic are bad, it's just that I'm a picky reader and I haven't been searching Mackenzie fanfics lately.) I'm Trying is actually one of the first few Mackenzie fanfics that I have read. Well, the older version, anyways. There used to be another version of this, just slightly different.

Like what is on the description, this story is about how Mackenzie wants to shine, and how she tries to be Maddie (but don't worry guys, they don't hate each other in this fanfic). In this story, Mackenzie is thirteen, and Dance Moms had ended. The girls are also still friends with each other, and Asia is also there, if I'm correct. But the main character is Mackenzie.

I liked this fanfiction because it was different, but in a good way. Go check it out if you haven't!
