~Months Later~
It's been months since Broly and Frieza had arrived. They agreed to leave you all alone, at least for the time being. There was finally peace in the city. You and Black had been staying with Bulma, since your home was back in space.
"Is there anything else I can help with Bulma?" You ask, "no sweetie you've helped enough, go have fun" she smiled, dismissing you.
You enjoyed helping Bulma, in fact, you looked up to her. "Ok" you said walking outside. Goku and Vegeta were arm wrestling, Goten and Trunks were playing with a cat, which you're pretty sure was dead, and then you noticed 17 sitting under a tree reading a book.
You sat next him and noticed it was a book about animals. "Hey 17, are you studying to be a vet?" You laugh at yourself, "a park ranger" he corrected without taking his eyes off the book. You sigh and get ready to stand, but before you can he gently places his hand on top of yours, still without breaking his focus off of the book. You smile and lean against the tree.
"You're really brave" he said out of no where, all you do is look at him, "what do you mean.." you ask curiously, "I just mean, not many people could've stood up to Frieza like you did, I admire you for that" he said grasping your hand and little tighter.
Trunks and Goten run over to you and 17. "Y/n LETS FIGHT!" Trunks calls you out, usually you're not one to turn down a challenge, but you wanted to be with 17 a little while. longer, "maybe later" you smile, "OK!" They say running back over to their play area. You looked up and saw Black and Zamasu walking towards, 17 noticed and released your hand from his.
