(Y/N)'S POV
I look up at the cave entrance and hear footsteps coming closer, I just shrugged it off thing that it's just Valka and Hiccup coming but then I started to sniff the air smelling new people so I brought my head up and used my echolocation and can 'see' two more people coming in. I growled at them and they heard me and looked my way, I listened to them closely. "It's ok (Y/N) they're friends, they won't hurt us." Valk said coming over to me and petting my head gently and I purred a bit.
When Valk introduced me to the new comers and that they're not a threat. Hiccup started to talk about what happened on Beark and that they train dragons and they live peacefully with the people on Beark but I didn't believe it and from how quiet Valka is, I doubt she does either. A few seconds went by after Stoeik and Valka talk for a brief second, Stoeik start to whistle. I sat by Toothless and listen, then he started to sing softly.
"I'll swim and sail on savage seas, with ne'er a fear of drowning, and gladly ride the waves of life, if you would marry me, no scorching sun or freeing cold, will-" Then Stoeik was cut off by Gobber singing but it was more in a yelling way. "Will stop me on my journey!..... Sorry."
Stoeik sighs and tries again and it's still soft. "If you will promise me your heart, and love...." Stoeik waited for Valk to finish it but when she didn't he sighed and start to turn around but stopped when Valk started to sing. "And love me for eternity, my dearest one my darling dear, your mighty words astound me, but I've no need for might deeds when I feel your arms around me." I listened as the two start to dance and Valka and Stoeik are laughing having a good time as they sing together.
"But I would bring you rings of gold I'd even sing you poetry, and I would keep you safe from all harm, if you would stay beside me." Stoeik sang his part.
"I have no use for rings of gold, I care not for your poetry, I only want your hand to hold, I only want you near me." Valka sang her part as the two kept dancing and going faster and they start to sing together now.
"To love and kiss and sweetly hold for the dancing and the dreaming, through all life's sovows and delights I'll keep your love inside me, I'll swim and sail the savage seas with ne'er fear of drowning, and gladly ride the waves of life if you will marry me!" they sang and Gobber joined in but hold the note out longer and it was so bad that Toothless and I had to cover our ears until he finished.
They were all laughing and enjoying themselves and even Valka is going back with them, as they talked and being a family I smelled something off and I could tell that Toothless noticed it too because he got in front of me protectively and that's when I knew that my life was never going to be the same ever again.
