-Jimin POV-
Even when I'd decided that we should stay a little longer at the theme park, we didn't go on anymore rides after that. I did convince Taehyung to go on at least one ride with Jungkook for me, but that was it. I feel bad about the fact that both of my friends couldn't have fun because they were too worried that I'd pass out again, even though I kept telling them that I was fine.
But, the weekend went by fast and now it's Monday again. Our first period was cancelled because of something about construction on the third floor. So, now we're having our gym class. Though, I'm quite insecure about how my body looks, so I always change after everyone leaves. But, even when Taehyung left, Jungkook's still here.
"Y-you can go first," he says to me, gesturing towards the door.
"No, no, you can go first," I say back, doing the same motion.
"No, I'm not in a rush. You go first."
"No, it's okay. I'm not in a rush either, so you should go first."
"No, you should go—"
"Jungkook, are you insecure about your body?" I ask as he looks at me with guilty eyes.
"Y-yeah. I feel embarrassed whenever I change infront of people," he mumbles, scratching the back of his head. I find this side of him kind of cute though.
"I feel the same, to be honest. I'm very insecure about my body, and so I don't like it when people stare at me."
"Hey, I have an idea," he says as my ears perk up to listen to what he has to say. "Why don't we face opposite ways, and we won't look at the other person until they are done putting their clothes on?"
I nod at his proposal, and with that, we face each other, back to back, and start to change into out gym attire. Even though we said we weren't going to look at each other's naked bodies, I couldn't help but steal glances to look at the other's perfectly sculpted body. I can see his back muscles flex as he lifts his shirt over his head, and I drool at just the sight of it. I quickly look away though, not wanting to get caught staring.
-Jungkook POV-
I finally finish changing into my gym clothes as I turn to face Jimin who's also done getting dressed.
"Let's go?" I ask as he smiles with moon cresent eyes and nods. Whenever I see that smile of his, I always feel like the world just stops, and for once, time actually waits for me.
When we were changing, I secretly took some glances at Jimin's body even when I wasn't supposed to. I don't know why Jimin is so insecure about his body because to me, he looks perfect. Smooth skin, lightly toned, and almost hairless. Even knowing that he's a friend, I still got a little turned on by seeing how nice and small of a frame he really has. Which is also even weirder since I'm not into guys.
-Jimin POV-
"So, anything happen between you two while I was gone?" Taehyung smirks, laughing as I slap him on the arm.
"Taehyung!" I scold him as we watch the relay race in front of us, cheering on for Jungkook's team to win. "Nothing happened between us, okay?"
"Are you sure? You don't look like nothing happened," he questions as I shake my head feverishly.
"No, no, you've got the wrong idea! I accidentally tripped and he caught me before I got hurt badly. That's all that happened, if you're so curious."
"Hmm, we'll see if that's all that happens between you two," I hear Taehyung mumble, laughing evilly to himself as I just facepalm at his stupidity. Nothing more will happen between Jungkook and I. We're just friends after all.
----
"Hey, Jimin, go get Jungkook, okay? I think he's still in the classroom." I nod towards my friend, and start to look for Jungkook. It's the end of the day, and the three of us always walk home together after school.
"Jungkook-ssi, are you there?" I call out as I reach the third floor of the school building and head to the classroom. Just as I'm about to reach the door, I hear a female student's voice, so I decide to peep through the door crack and eavesdrop on the conversation.
"Jungkook-ah, you're so strong and handsome. You even won first in all of the races today," I hear Jieun, another third year, say. I grit my teeth at the scene in front of me. She is way to close to him, putting her arm behind his neck and guiding his hands to her waist. They're less then one feet apart from each other and I cringe at how she's trying to flirt with him. Not being able to take it anymore, I turn and walk away from what I just saw, jealousy coursing through every part of my body.
"Hey, where's Jungkook?" Taehyung asks as I grab my bag and put my indoor shoes in my locker.
"He's busy. He told me to leave without him," I say coldly as Taehyung and I start walking home without Jungkook.
"You okay?" I hear Taehyung ask with a concerned look on his face.
I fake a smile. "Yeah, why do you ask?"
"Nothing, you just seemed—" he pauses before showing me his signature box smile. "Nevermind. Let's go home, Jimin."
