Chapter 2

Nicolas P.O.V


"I had enough of you Peter you're fired!!" 

"But sir I'm only 5 mins late I'm sorry it wont happen again " Peter apologised

"This the second time you're late now take your stuff and get out of my building before I throw you out"   

"but sir ....." he tried to apologise again but I cut him off by shouting

" I said GET OUT!!"

 this was enough clue for him to save his life and get out  , he was smart enough to take it and he left with in a sec

I picked my phone and dialled my secretary's number

"Martha I want you to arrange interviews for a personal assistant as soon as possible and this time I'll choose them myself "  I ordered Martha

Martha is my only employ I trust , she's 40 years old and she's here as a secretary for years now she was 26 when she started working for my grandpa and now she works for me , she treats me like  a son  unlike those young female employees  who only tires to seduce me ugh typical bloody gold diggers

"but Nicolas it will be for the 3rd time this month I'll be arranging them what's wrong with Peter he's a nice boy " Martha doing her regular speech

"I didn't like him he was slow and not punctual  , you obviously know I hate that  so I fired him" I told her in a calm tone 

"oh Lord , okay as you like I'll schedule the interviews ASAP" Martha said sighing in disbelieve 
 
"Good" with that I ended the call , I grabbed my jacket and after closing my laptop I went out of the building in to the parking  lpt

since its Friday today which means dinner at my grandparents house the only family I have left ,  so I have already sent Joe my driver home so I can drive myself as its been a while since I have driven alone

I got in my Lamborghini and was on my way , it was a nice weather today so I decided to lower the windows and drive a bit fast

I was almost half way there when my phone started ringing , I looked around but didn't see it then I remember its in my jacket's pocket

DAMN IT!!

I reached for it with struggle but finally got it I tried to see the caller's ID but before I could

I felt a strong push , so strong as if I was suddenly thrown off a cliff and the next thing I remembered was blackout

has someone turned the world's light off ??!!


Lily's P.O.V

I cant believe this what's wrong with people all they want is only a work experience like cant you see how good my grades were but noo.... all they ask is do you have any work experience ? no I don't and you're not gonna appoint me because of that??!!

seriously?!!  ughhhh

I was standing at the bus stop waiting for the bus  after a horrible day of bad interviews and rejections
 
for like standing there for 10 mins there was still no sign of the bus I thought of calling Jacob so that he could come and pick me up I was about to call him when I heard a loud bang

it happened to be a car crash  I looked around for people but I didn't notice by now that there was no one near except me as it was quite dark around so I being the good person ran towards the crashed car

the fore end of the car was badly crashed windscreen scattered all over the floor I looked for any sign of a baby on board but luckily there was none

I went around to the drivers seat and saw a man who had his head at the wheel I opened the door and pushed the man back on his seat

HOLY SH*T

 his head was bleeding and there was blood all over his face I removed his seatbelt

"hey dude you okay wake up you okay???" I tried regain his consciousness but it went in vein

I quickly took my phone and dialled 911 and told them the location and other stuff , they were on their way when I noticed the man was bleeding so bad , the blood was continuously flowing out his injured head

I took my scarf and rapped it around his head and tried to clean his face . when the blood was almost off his face I was stoned for a moment

he was so handsome even in this state , I couldn't believe my eyes for a second the guy had the most perfect features I had ever seen . perfect jawline , beautiful hair , red lips they looked so soft his eyes were closed but his long eyelashes were fanning his cheeks

Are those real ?? like men don't have such beautiful eyelashes or do they??

come on lily stop checking out an injured guy focus

I was lost in my thoughts when I  heard the ambulance's siren . a team of 4 men came out of the ambulance in a rush and with in a while that man was in the ambulance

I was about to leave when a man from the rescue team stopped me

"excuse me miss" he said

"yes?" I replied

"are you related to the patient or some how know him?" he asked

"umm no I don't know him I was standing there and waiting for my bus when the accident took place"  I said while pointing towards the bus stop

"oh so you are a witness well in that case you have to come with us miss" he said 

"but...but why ?? I don't have  anything to do with this ?"I asked

why they wanna take me with them I didn't do anything!!

"O don't  worry miss there are just few formalities we have to full fill then you can leave " he told me calmly

"oh..... okay then lets go " I told that guy

"thank you , this way please" he led the way to the ambulance

great just great why cant this day end so I can go sleep in my bed why just why! ???

I mentally cried

as soon as we reached the hospital the team took the injured guy into the emergency and told me to follow the same guy who brought me here

after 20 mins of interrogation like do I know him? what did I saw? what's my name and number? who did this to him? I was finally free to go home I was about to leave when I saw the doctor coming out of the emergency room in a rush  in which the injured handsome guy was kept

"quickly try to contact all the blood banks in the reach  " the doctor said to one of the nurse

"okay doctor but can I know which blood group is required and for which ward's patient is required to fill the hospital's record ?" the nurse asked back

"the man just brought in the emergency 20 mins ago and the blood group that's required is O- and make it fast we don't have time not more then 24 hours he has lost a huge amount of blood on his way"

HOLY SH*T

well I guess my bad day isn't over yet and I have to spend my night in the darn hospital as well 

"excuse me doctor" I approached the doc

"yes miss how can I help you?" he asked with politeness

"umm I think its me who can help you" I said looking here and there

"pardon me?" the doctor asked being totally confused

"you need O- blood right ?!"

"Yes...yes we do , do you know anyone with same blood group?" he asked 

"actually I do........."
