(Deceit lies are underlined.)

Virgil POV

I don't need to turn my head to know exactly who is talking.

"Screw off Deceit."

"Aw, but Virgie, that is SO fun."

I get up only to be roughly shoved back down onto the couch.

"DON'T call me 'Virgie' Deceit."

"Awww what's the fun in that?"

I push him off.

I slowly stand up again.

"What the hell did I say Deceit, SCREW OFF!"

Deceit just grins as he stares at me.

I feel a pair of arms wrap around my neck.

No, not him too.

The familiar rush of sadness rushes through me.

Deceit moves forward and lands a punch on my face.

I feel blood drip from my, now broken, nose.

Damn, Deceit hits harder than I remember.

I pull depression off of me.

"What do you want?"

"Oh, well Virgil you haven't seen us in so long....so we came to see you!"

Depression grabs my arm.

"Let me go."

Deceit walks closer to me.

"And why should we do that Virgil?"

"Because of this."

I flip Depression to the floor.

Deceit trys to hit me with another punch.

I grab his fist.

"Hey, Deceit your getting better at fighting. Maybe you should try a little harder."

I pull Deceit towards me and I punch him in the face.

They both struggle to get up, but Depression gets up first.

He tries to kick me, but I just grab his leg and yeet him back to the floor.

He pulls himself up.

"You never fought back before, why now?"

"You got too close to hurting my family. Now, leave before I stop trying to be nice and I beat your sorry a**es to a pulp."

They growl as they sink down knowing I'm serious.

I start to walk to Roman's room.

I open the door to see an energetic Patton, distressed Logan, and a curious Roman.

Roman opens his mouth to talk, but is interrupted by Patton.

"Where did you learn to fight like that?"
