Jacob

In the morning, I woke staring into Tom's brown eyes.

"Good morning, love." I gave him a yawn in return. He laughed, climbing out of the bed and walking over to our baggage. I rolled over on my side to watch him. Tom rummaged through one of his bags until he found what he was looking for. He stood up putting both hands behind his back, and turned to face me.

"What have you got there?" I asked him.

"Jacob, I love you. And I don't think I have really made it up to you for saving my life."

I sat up, putting my legs over the side of the bed. "This had better not have cost money, because if it did-" I stopped mid sentence as Tom held out what he had behind his back. There were two lotus flowers carved from emerald green imperial jade, hanging from a plain, brown string. He smiled, giving one to me and I could only stare at him.

"The lotus flower is meant to protect the wearer." Tom told me, holding his up to the light. I pulled the necklace over my head and let it rest on my chest. The jade felt cool against my bare skin. Tom also put on his. "It looks good on you." He said approvingly.

"Wow! This is beautifully made. But how much did it cost?" He laughed.

"I'd rather not tell you that."

"Fine. You can keep your secrets for now, movie star."

"What say we go back to the lake?" Tom questioned. Regretfully, I agreed to this.

But hey! At least it was day! Maybe I wouldn't freeze. The lake was a little bit warmer than yesterday night, but not much better. The important part though, was that I spent more time with Tom. When we both agreed to sit on the sandy lake shore and dry off, Tom glanced over at me with a mischievous look in his eyes. "Truth or dare?" He asked me.

"Truth." I replied. Better safe than sorry in this game.

"When was the last time you went on vacation?"

"Two years ago. But we didn't go very far. Just to visit one of my relatives. Your turn, truth or dare?"

"Truth."

"What happens in the next Spider-Man movie?" I grinned evilly. Tom sighed.

"A whole lot of stuff that I'm not allowed to tell anyone, or they'll shoot me." I laughed.

"Well we couldn't have that now could we." This went on for some time before things got interesting. I had just picked truth again, when Tom asked me the question.

"Was I your first time, with a guy? Or anyone for that matter." I quickly blushed and lowered my eyes.

"Yes." I whispered. Tom had been the first person I had sexual intercourse, ever. That made me feel special. "Alright, your turn." He told me truth. "Was I your first time?" Now it was Tom's turn to blush.

"N-no." He stuttered and I raised my eyebrows in surprise. "I did it once with my friend Harrison, when we were younger. But that was only once and I think he is straight." Harrison Osterfield was pretty hot. The thought of him and Tom together turned me on. When Tom asked me, I told him dare. With a smirk, he told me to take off my swimsuit. Great. Just what I needed.

"Fine." I stood up and waded into the lake.

"What are you doing?"

"You told me to take it off. You didn't say where." Once I was submerged up to my waist, I slipped out of my swimsuit and threw it on the shore. Tom made a pouting face. I grinned at him. "Truth or dare."
