IM SO SORRY I HAVEN'T BEEN UPDATING PLZ HATE ME. BUT I'VE BEEN WORKING ON IT SO HERE U GOOOO.

While we were walking to Luke's house there was a silence, not an uncomfortable silence, but a nice pleasant one.

"So why are you not in school?" I asked him, he seemed to stiffen up when I said it, it took him a while but he finally answered

"Why aren't you I school?" he answered back, I chuckled at his answer

"It's complicated" I simply said

"Yeah" he said, after that it was now an awkward silence.

----------------------At Luke's house----

I was shocked to see a beautiful house standing right in front of me. it was a light blue color with all white Windows. it was about 2 stories tall.

"This is your house ?"I asked as he was putting the key in

"Yep" he said popping the 'p'

"You live alone?" I asked as we walked in.

"Um, yeah you could say that" he said while scratching the back of his head

"Well were are your parents?'' I asked completely confused

"So you hungry?" he asked ignoring my question

I'm guessing he didn't want to talk about it so I just left it alone and said

"Yeah" as he left to go to the kitchen I wondered around his house, there were no pictures of him or his family, the walls were bare.

"Here you go" he said while handing me a plate

"Thanks" I said as I took a bite of my sandwich

"Hey um, were can I charge my phone?" I asked Luke

I needed to know if 'you know who 'had texted me, we never text each other he always texts me 'DBT' which means 'daily beating time' or, do the dishes, get me a beer, clean the house bleh bleh bleh what ever, but I never text him back, I just do it I guess

"yeah there's a plug by the couch" he said

I'm guessing the couch is in the living room? I don't know, but I went in anyway, ah there's the couch!. I'm so stupid 😂. I sat on the couch and got out my charger and plugged it into my phone. once I plugged it up the apple sigh came to life. then my lock screen popped up, I looked and saw I had no wifi. oh yeah I forgot I don't have Luke's Internet *mental face palm*. I sighed

"LUKE!!!!!!" I yelled across the room.

"WHATTTTTTTT!!" He shouted back

"WHATS YOUR WIFI" I yelled and laughed back. I heard a sigh and his mumbling things that I couldn't hear

He showed me the name and the pin. once I got on there was millions of notifications popping up. I sighed and clicked the message button, and I mostly saw text like 'wrong choice b" or 'I will find you', ill have to admit, I'm was pretty scared of the last text which he just sent right now 'DBT', why would he text me that If I'm not at so called 'home' I guess it was just auto corr-. There was a knock on the door, bringing me back from my thoughts.

"I GOT IT" Luke yelled , I heard him open the door and i froze when I heard a fomiliar voice tell

"WHERE IS SHE?!" I stayed frozen and just listened to Luke and Chucks conversation

"Sorry sir but, I don't know what your taking about?" Luke said, knowing that it must be the person I ran away from

"DON'T BE DUMB. NOW TELL ME. WERE. IS. CLARA" he yelled, making me jump every time he stopped to make Luke under stand

"I.Dont.know" oh no, bad choice Luke, Chuck HATES it when some one talks back to him, then I heard a loud smack, I got up and hid behind the couch when I heard loud foot steps coming toward the living room

"OH CLARA COME OUT COME OUT WHEREVER YOU ARE" Chuck shouted

Before he could come any closer I heard another smack and a thud, I looked up from the couch to see chuck on the floor passed out and Luke standing by him, his hand clutched and teeth grinned together, he come over to the couch and hugs me very tightly

I started to sob In his shirt, even tho we only met like 30 minutes ago, I felt safe in his arms

"Shh it's ok, here I'll call 911 ok? shh it's alright" he got up to get his phone

I can't do this any more, why must I live a life like this? why me? no I do not cut, surprisingly. I had to get out of here.

I picked up my bag and my phone and ran out of the back door. What adventure will I be going on today?
