—♛—As we pulled up to the house I couldn't move from the seat.
I knew exactly who was inside and who I would be facing tonight. It would be a night to remember, but hopefully I myself would forget quickly.
"Penelope, I promise it will be over so quickly. And we will all be there to take care of you."
I nodded and closed my eyes to breathe and take it in.
"Okay, lets go." I'm not gonna be scared of that easily. As we walked in, we soon drew attention. The watching stares from those who were slightly familiar but had no meaning to me whatsoever.
I had however spotted Sunmi.
She was wearing a black long dress and her bruised face was covered with makeup.
She was talking to another familiar face: Jay Park. The messenger that was shot directly because do his cowardice. Cheekbones still as sharp as before.
I remembered back to when BamBam showed me a picture of Lisa and Jisoo. I hadn't seen them and they should've been here. So they must've really died. I understand now why he took such extreme efforts to save them. G-Dragon was a monster, he was the living devil. But even that comparison was offensive to Lucifer.
"Chin-up and smile."
Baekhyun said and I smiled widely at him, I looked around for any sign of the man on everyone's minds.
I couldn't see him thought"Good evening everyone. I hope you have a wonderful time and I will be greeting you all individually soon enough."
The voice coming from the front of the room said.
"But before that: please help yourselves to all the drink you could desire."
Everyone laughed a little except me, as it was him who was speaking these words."Penny, are you okay?"
I heard from behind me, unsure of whose voice as it was washed out with the sounds of my owns screams as he tortured me. Taemin clicked his fingers in my face and wiped the tear from my eye with his pocket square.
"No tears tonight. Only strength, promise me?"
He said and ordered me diligently to agree to his want.
I smiled and nodded.Baekhyun led me to the dance floor and we swayed snack and forth. My head against his chest and his resting upon my head comfortably.
"You look beautiful tonight.
Possibly the most beautiful I have ever seen you before.
Possibly.""What's the competition?"
"Our wedding day."
He said, and I knew he was being honest. I was a child
then but he turned me into a woman. But I was his.
"I remember seeing you walk down the isle with the most beautiful and sparkly dress I had ever seen in my life.
Your hair was brown then. And you are just as beautiful now as you were ever. Though, I have to say you being blonde is an added bonus. I love your hair."
He said and smelled my hair that was shampooed and conditioned with the smell of green apple.
I was tapped on the shoulder and with my smile I turned to face whoever the culprit was."Hello Penny."
He said and smirked making me lose my smile.
"You didn't wear my dress."
He said, and I froze at the mention of that thing.
"Well, I don't wear anything that isn't mine.
And plus I didn't like it."
I said, snappily. I wasn't weak.
'No tears tonight. Only strength.' Taemin's words echoed throughout my thoughts. He was absolutely correct, there would be no tears: not tonight.Baekhyun looked at me - surprised with my answer.
G-Dragon was a little shocked as well.
"I didn't expect your tongue to do that. My my, how you've changed. All thanks to me."
"I beg your pardon."
I said not quite understanding.
"I made you stronger."I clenched my first and laughed mockingly facing the side.
Chanyeol was there, he was clenching his glass so hard that I thought it would break in his hands. I shook my head lightly and unclenched my fist.
"I'll let you think what you wish Jiyong. But you didn't."
I pulled Baekhyun and I away before I did something I regretted. Aka: punch him."How did I do?" I asked and he smiled at me widely.
"Wow, you're even more attractive when you have a sharp tongue." I laughed and kissed him passionately.
We were in the corner of the room so no one saw.
I wanted to walk around a little so I told Baekhyun I was going to the toilet. He told Sehun to go with me.
"It's just in case Penelope."
He said as I whined about my freedom, Sehun laughed.
I pulled the tall martial artist along with me, while he waited outside the toilet for me.I heard a thud from outside the door and I soon investigated.
There Sehun was on the floor with a syringe in his neck.
"He's not dead. It's just a sedative for him to sleep."
I heard from the shadows.
"Stay away from me, before I do something regret."
I checked Sehun's body for a gun and found one.
I pulled the syringe from his neck and he would have to wait. It was Sunmi."I needed a little payback on him specifically from when he beat me previously." She said and strutted confidently towards me. I held the gun tightly but didn't point yet.
"Don't worry, it'll be over soon. I promise you." She said and as she came closer I heard gunshots from the hall.
I heard Chanyeol's deep voice shouting out orders.
I began to sweat at the situation I was currently in.
'Do I kill her or not?'
I decided on a plan that had been formulating in my mind.
I quickly raised my gun and shot her twice in both legs.
She screamed out in pain and I grabbed Sehun's jacket to pressurise her legs with.
I didn't want her to die but I wanted her inept to stop me.I ran as fast as my shaking legs could carry me towards their location and once I reached it, the shock over took me.
Hyojong and Jay Park had
both guns pointed at each other pointblank. I sneaked towards them and pushed my gun into Jays head.
"Put the gun down." He sighed in defeat and dropped the gun.
HyunA came in with blood on her forehead. Hyojong rushes to her and hugged her.
I smiled before HyunA kicked Jay Park in the head; hard.
"Jesus Christ." Hyojong said disappointingly as his suit was now covered in blood."Where's Baekhyun?"
I said and HyunA looked at me with shock and guilt."Where is he HyunA?!"
I screamed and she gulped."He's with 𝖍𝖎𝖒, Penny."
