Musutafu, Japan At Night

It was a cool and calm night. Something that wasn't too strange, after all it was Musutafu city home to many heroes and where U.A. High School was where the next generation of heroes would be taught at, however even with all of that crime was still a thing and not to long ago Musutafu had a bit of crime that is until something strange was happening.

People were being found in a brain dead or in critical state. Who were mostly thugs and other scum, many thought it was a hero or vigilante setting up shop but it wasn't it had gotten so bad that many lowlifes and scum were leaving the city in droves. Not wanting to end up like the people who were found.

The police and heroes thought it had to be a vigilante but it was a villain who called himself Mismagius a villain of both heroes and villain who attacked them without a reason, the police and heroes are still looking for him and raise its bounty head on him.

Izuku's Pov.

Izuku walk in the hallway of his house were he do a simple routine eat, sleep, clean or do some chores and to go outside to have fun, he still remember the painful event he have his father never come back, his mother died, and lots of painful memories that leads him to get revenge to those people who gave him a misery.
He has 3 reason why he wants to get revenge:

1. The villains first destroyed his life.

2. The heroes never came to save him.

3. Is to make this society full of misery just like what it did to him and entertain himself until he pleased.

Because of these his quirk awoken in the age of 10 and himself as Mismagius mean 'Mischief' and 'Magic' he promised to himself he'll never stop until he pleased.

Morning

Izuku's Pov

Izuku wake up in the morning and do his routine were he eat, clean or do his chore and go to work he drop out in school many days ago, after he is done he returned to his true as Mismagius and fled outside to do some misery.
When he go outside to do some misery he found a perfect location to start, suddenly accidentally stumbled to the Underground hero Eraserhead his worst fear came true and somewhat exciting.

Aizawa's Pov.

Pro hero Eraserhead is having a patrol in Musutafu city "Nothing's new over here just same as always." He says until he saw the infamous villain Mismagius appearing out of nowhere show up and says a word.

"Hmm... so this is the infamous Mismagius I was expecting so much more."

Mismagius quickly got up and turned around where he heard the voice. That's when he saw a man

A slender man of average height with messy, shoulder-length black hair that partially hangs in front of his face with half-opened black eyes. He had a rugged and worn out appearance with a bored or tired expression. Probably both. He sported a ragged black outfit that consisted of a long-sleeved shirt and matching pants that were tucked into his boots. He also wore a utility belt and a rather tall and large scarf. He was currently wearing a pair of large yellow goggles for some reason.

'Who are you' izuku says in telepathy

The Stranger just sighed.
"

So you are also a telepath and doesn't matter who I am all you need to know is that I'm here to take you in." The Stranger stated rather bored with what was happening. "Now... are you going to come quietly or make this difficult?"

Mismagius Tensed up. His worst fears had happened. He had caught the attention of the Pro Heroes. Maybe even the police too. He knew something like this would happen. He also thought this might be fun

Mismagius new almost every Pro Hero in Japan. But he didn't recognized this man.

'You really don't want to do this but this will be fun' Mismagius warned The Stranger in a low and serious tone. 'I can't wait to do it right here right now.'
