Ever since Sam was around one year old, everyone tells my family and me how beautiful Sam is, and we always agree with them.
I bring this up after what happened yesterday.
So yesterday afternoon, it was windy, hot, and humid, but I decided to walk Sam because we both need the exercise (especially me)
When we were halfway around the block, Sam does his business (anyone that wants to get a dog, be ready for these things when you walk them), and while I was picking it up, a man that was driving pulls over and tells me how beautiful he is.
He then asks me what's his name, what breed he is, how old he is, if he was a boy or girl. When I told him Sam was a German Shepherd, he said, "he looks different than the other German Shepherds I've seen" which I think it's because he's darker than average because of his parents having those marks, then he tells Sam that he's a good boy and drove off.
So, that was my encounter yesterday. Which is pretty normal for people to comment on Sam, whether it be kids seeing him, or adults seeing him and telling me how pretty he is.
