TWO DAYS TO VALENTINES

zach was a little down. he missed daniel. he didn't know why he hasn't just gone over to his house.

they've been texting almost all day. jack has suspected that, seeing as zach had been smiling at his phone for hours.

daniel was in his room, multi-tasking. texting zach and writing music.

corbyn and jonah were now sitting in the living room.

"why hasn't he ever signed with a label? or like auditioned for a show? or anything?"

"because he's shy jo. he's scared of being rejected."

"you know what? when he's not in there? we should send one of his songs to that company he's obsessed with." jonah said.

"are you talking about sunset productions?" "yes! that's what it's called."

"jonah, that place is insane, they accept the people they think are top notch. if we send dani's songs in and they don't accept him... he'll be crushed."

"so we only tell him if he gets in." "they'd send him an email if he got in or not."

"corbyn let's just do it. i'm tired of seeing him not pursue his dream."

"okay... okay we'll do it. but i'm blaming it on you if it goes wrong." "deal."

ONE DAY TO VALENTINES

daniel had gone out to get some notebooks and flowers for zach. just like corbyn had told him to.

the couple saw this as their chance to get his songs.

they flipped through several song books. amazed at the songs they had never heard before.

jonah flipped to a page titled 'a little too much' "i think i found one." he told his boyfriend.

he then searched through the recorded songs to find it. "play it." corbyn grinned.

"he would not show that he was afraid. but being and feeling alone
was too much to face.
though everyone said that
he was so strong.

"what they didn't know is
that he could barely carry on.
but he knew that he would be okay.
so he didn't let it get in his way.

"sometimes it all gets a little too much.
but you gotta realize that
soon the fog will clear up.
and you don't have to be afraid,
because we're all the same.
and we know that sometimes it
all gets a little too much.

"he would always tell himself he could do this. he would use no help
it would be just fine.
but when it got hard,
he would lose his focus.
so take my hand and we'll be alright.

"and he knew that he would be okay.
so he didn't let it get in her way.

"sometimes it all gets a little too much.
but you gotta realize
that soon the fog will clear up.
and you don't have to be afraid,
because we're all the same.

"and we know that sometimes
it all gets a little too much, yeah. a little too much.
i said a little too much,
oh sometimes it all gets
a little too much.

"but you gotta realize that
soon the fog will clear up.
and you don't have to be afraid,
because we're all the same.
and we know that sometimes
it all gets a little too much yeah.

"sometimes it all gets a little too much.
but you gotta realize that
soon the fog will clear up.
and you don't have to be afraid,
because we're all the same.
and we know that sometimes it
all gets a little too much."

"we're sending it." jonah looked at corbyn, who just nodded, trying not to cry.

they quickly sent it in to sunset production and left his room. making sure it looked as if they were never in there.

daniel had gotten home fifteen minutes later. he had chocolates, journals and a beautiful bouquet of yellow and white daisies.

"dani... wow, you did good with the flowers!" corbyn chuckled softly. "thanks. you said not to do roses and i thought these were really pretty so..."

"they're great. he's gonna love it." the blonde smiled. "here, let's get them some water so they don't die before tomorrow."

"good idea." daniel laughed. he placed them in a simple vase, smiling at corbyn.
