Ava shook as she burped Athaelia and the tears fell and no signs of them ending. Daniel called Maggie to come get the baby. "I'll keep her" Maggie assured Ava "I promise" and curled up in the seat and put her head in her knees "how was last night?" He asked she shook her head "what happened?" He handed Ava a tissue. She whipped her eyes "it was going good until Callen kept throwing toys and hitting me with a few I told him to please stop because we can't throw toys because you can hit people like you are me and it hurts." He nodded "so I threw one at him and asked if it hurt and he nodded so I said please stop because you are hurting me." She closed her eyes "he got a book at threw it so I smacked him on the arm and of course he goes to Connor" Daniel looked around "why didn't you take Callen away from there? You could have gotten Connor to sit in with you" she nodded "I'm trying to do it myself" he looked at her "you can't always do it yourself Ava, you need to ask for help." She nodded as fresh tears fell. "How was other than that?" She nodded "fine. Nothing else happened. Connor put the down early he sat beside the bed and cried, not sure why. I slept." He nodded "and this morning?" Ava sighed "all hell broke lose" he nodded "I got up before Connor. I was about to leave and since I'd just fed Athaelia she was awake and Callen woke so I figured I'd take them to daycare and I'd go for a run. I didn't think Connor would freak out." Daniel looked at her "out yourself in his shoes" she looked down "I didn't think. I also didn't realize I forgot my phone until I was running, I was going to put music on." She got up "I don't want to go home with him. He will kill me" she saw allison coming and she didn't look happy "I don't like her" Ava whispered he laughed "neither do I" Ava smiled a little "a smile, that's better" Dr allison stopped in front of them "I've been waiting" she said "well she was feeding her daughter and we got to talking" he said "you know I can't..." Daniel stopped her "she's fine. She is working hard you can read my notes." She nodded "then I'll leave you to it, I'm late" he nodded "now it's you and me. But she does have to know since I know you well we needed an outsider" Ava nodded "will you talk to Connor?" He nodded "have too, I'll talk to you together after him. I can get what he was feeling and help you two without the yelling which will help you." She closed her eyes as she put her head on the wall "come on I'll walk you down to Sharon's office" Ava sighed "I didn't do anything, he did the yelling" he nodded "keeping it fair I guess"

"Mrs. Goodwin, I have reason to be angry and yelling at her" Connor said once she closed the door "not in the hospital you don't, not when you are disrupting the going on, no you don't" he sighed "what were you going to do Dr. Rhodes?" He shook his head "nothing legal I know that." Sharon looked at him "I'd choice your words very carefully Dr. Rhodes" she warned "she's making this all difficult. I'm one person, I can't do it all" She looked at him "why you two are in consoling. If you don't think it's all worth it, take the kids and leave" He knew she was baiting him "we are in it and we talk a lot and how to handle things. I know I shouldn't have yelled at her but I was angry I had the right to be. I didn't k ow where my kids where or her!!" She shot him a warning look "ok, the anger is still there. Maybe I should step back and calm down" she nodded "good idea" she said as their was a knock and Daniel walked in with Ava "I've come to switch" he said as Ava hung in the back "were done for now. Happens again action may be taken." He nodded walking out not looking at Ava which caused Ava to break down again.

Connor and Daniel walked to an empty hallway "this isn't who is right or wrong and getting stories. This is telling me how you feel so I can talk to you both." Daniel said "tell me what happened when you woke up" he nodded "I woke up thinking why aren't the kids crying or calling me. Not seeing Ava I got up and looked in the crib where Athaelia slept last night, not seeing her I though maybe Ava fed her and had her in the living room with her or out her back in her crib. Not seeing Ava I went to check the kids room, no kids. I panicked and started to call out for Ava." He paced "I called Ava as I searched for a note but I heard her phone buzzing so I knew she left it on the counter. I called Maggie thinking maybe Ava asked her or Monique to watch them" Daniel nodded "I'm glad Ava is reaching out to others" Connor nodded "as Maggie is telling me no I'm dressing. Then I hear the door and I go at her. It was a quiet ride here" he looked at Connor "did Ava give you a reason?" Connor nodded "said they were up so she took them to daycare and went for a run and brought home breakfast" Daniel nodded "did you eat?" Connor shook his head "I told her to get ready. She ate on the way I put the rest in the fridge. I wasn't in the mood, I was angry and eating was the last thing I wanted. When we got here I was barely parked and she was out and gone" "do you blame her?" Daniel asked Connor shook his head "I'd gone another round with her if she stayed" he nodded as Connor hit the wall "your anger is getting the better of you right now. Your kids are safe and your wife is scared" Connor closed his eyes "so you still believe in what you tell her?" Connor nodded "what is it?" He turned "Love, it's all we need" he nodded "I'm trying but she scared me. I'm scared when she's with them alone. I'm afraid she might hurt Callen" he nodded seeing the fear in his eyes "She's trying so hard, but unexplained things happen and she won't tell me" he nodded "like last night with Callen? She told me and I'll let her tell you." Connor nodded "let's go see if Sharon is finished" Connor nodded as the walked they chatted

"I'm sorry Mrs Goodwin. I didn't answer Connor and he got angry. He's angry at me for not leaving a note. I messed up again" Sharon looked at her "Ava, you know Connor worried about you." Ava nodded "why didn't you leave a note?" Ava sighed "I forgot. Callen was hungry Athaelia was getting fussy, I thought Connor deserved some sleep. I wanted to run, so I brought them here" Sharon looked at Ava "Athaelia isn't signed up so she can't be here" Ava shook her head "no I did the other day when I went to see Callen. They told me the mornings I could bring her so it was perfect." Sharon sighed "I thought it would be better than getting them to watch her every morning for an hour. I'm sorry, I screwed up again apparently I'm good for nothing." Sharon sat down beside her "no you aren't. As long as they okeyed it then it's fine." Ava nodded "but you and Connor need to learn to communicate, I know it's not his strong suit or yours but you have to try" Ava nodded as there was a knock and they walked in "let's go to my office" Daniel said
