Mordo stood, watching as Stephen inspected the room, seeming stupefied at everything. Two students quickly approached him, stripping him from his coat and luggage.

"Thank you," Stephen muttered, peering at a man in a chair before staring at the woman who was handing him a small cup and filling it with tea. "Oh, thank you."

The man reading at the table stood up, tucked his book beneath his arm, and walked away.

"Thank you, Ancient One, for seeing..." He trailed off, confused.

"You're very welcome," the woman answered.

Stephen looked over his shoulder over at Mordo, who bowed his head in respect. "The Ancient One."

"Thank you, Master Hamir," she called out as the previous man left. "Mr. Strange."

"Doctor, actually," he corrected.

She merely smiled. "Mordo, if you please."

He bowed his head and left the room. After several minutes of talking, the door slid open. Mordo walked back into the room with Aries behind him. She had her head bowed as she entered the room and closed the door behind her.

"Ancient One," she greeted before raising her head. "Stephen?"

"Aries?"

The Ancient One smiled. "She was once a student of mine, personally. Now, she comes here sometimes to relax and learn a bit more on her own from our library."

"Aries, I don't - "

"What if I told you that your own body could be convinced to put itself back together in all sorts of ways?" The Ancient One interrupted.

He glanced between Aries and the Ancient One. "Uh - You're talking about cellular regeneration. It's...bleeding-edge medical teach." He followed her as the Ancient One walked up to Mordo and Aries, handing them their own cups of tea. "Is that why you work in here, without any governing medical board? I mean, just how experimental is your treatment?"

She turned to him. "Quite."

"So you've figured out a way to reprogram nerve cells to self heal?" Stephen asked.

"No, Mr. Strange. I know how to reorient the spirit to better heal the body."

"S-Spirit? To heal the body?"

Aries wasn't sure if she wanted to laugh or feel guilt. The look on his face would be very amusing in other situations, but because she had lied to him for a majority of their friendship, she felt like throwing up. When she returned to New York after six months with the Ancient One, she was attacked by Stephen's relentless questions of who did the procedure on her, but she never gave in.

"Al-Alright, how do we do that? Where do we start?" he asked.
