The smell of coffee and donuts flow through the air as Sehyoon enters the new cafe down the street from his bakery.
"Hello, welcome to Wonderland. What may I get for you?" a familiar voice speaks from behind the counter. "Oh my god, youre the guy from the accident. Oh wow, uhm hi. You were really brave doing that." The male behind the counter says.
"Ah youre the one who helped me pull the car door off, right?" Sehyoon says, smiling softly at the cute male in front of him.
"Ah yes, Im Byeongkwan. Nice to meet you." He says hold out a hand. Sehyoon gladly shakes it, putting the baby carrier on the counter.
"I'm Sehyoon, nice to meet you."
"Ah yes, so Sehyoon would you like to order? We also have baby milk."
"Ah thats great! Id like four baby milks, for the rode. A small hot chocolate, actually make that two. Id also like a strawberry smoothie."
"Two hot Chocolates and a smoothie. Goodness you must be thirsty" Byeongkwan jokes.
"A-ah. The hot chocolates are for my daughter and my friend, who are waiting for me at work." He says, softly laughing.
"Ah you have a daughter! Id love to meet her. This ones a cutie. He says giggling and caressing the babies cheek."
"Ah I'm adopting him tonight actually. Im sure my daughter would love to meet you, you seem very kind. Depending on how well the smoothie is." Sehyoon teases the shorter.
"Itll be delicious, thank you for coming to Wonderland. Your total would be 19.45 but its on the house, for your heroic action early." Byeongkwan says, handing him a cup holder, "its now my break, so i shall help you carry these. Now lets stop holding up the line and go!" He says.
"Ah, thank you so much." Sehyoon replies. And so the two were of to Sehyoons work place, five buildings down. "Welcome to Candyland." He says entering the bakery.
"DADDY!" Sehyoon hears, turning around to get his legs hugged by his little girl. "Daddy i missed you so so muches!" She says, looking up at him.
"Hi baby, I'm back don't worry." He replies. "So Byeongkwan, this is Lihyun. Lihyun this is the other superhero, Byeongkwan."
"Hello, i donts tink i can say your names. Can i calls you someting else?" She asks him
"Of course sweetheart. Just call me papa of you want. My noonas kids call me that." He replies smiling.
"I think she likes you, Byeongkwan." Sehyoon says, watching as his daughter talks to Byeongkwan about nothingness.
"Yeah. But i sadly need to return to work, bye guys. Ill visit soon if thats okay." He says standing up to leave.
"Of course it is. This is a public place. You can come by any time." Sehyoon says. And so out the door went Byeongkwan. A smile on his face, and his stomach full of butterflies, from a man who he just met.
Sehyoon turns to look at his order, handing Lihyun her hot choco and giving Chan his who bounced like a child at the taste. A paper sits nicely on his drink.
'Hey Sehyoon, here's my number, i hope we can text and become friends~ :)'
