Chapter Eight:
"I can't believe I forgot about us...", Blue and Loki made their way to the arena. Blue was in chains, they would have to pretend until the riders came for them. Loki led her to Viggo, who was waiting patiently for the two. When they arrived he grabbed the chain and Loki stood beside him. "It is time we begin her training...", Blue kept her head down. Loki promised to keep her safe when he had her under control, but Blue didn't completely trust herself. Would Loki even be able to control her? And if so, how long would it last? Viggo tugged on the chain roughly,"change...", she glared at him, but did it. Soon she was a night fury, anger in her eyes. And green haze formed around her eyes, then disappeared, Loki had control. Viggo smirked,"make her fly...", he did. She was up in the air within seconds.

She was still chained, so she couldn't go far. She looked down at Viggo, no emotion to be seen. He smiled. "Make her fire at that", he pointed to a wooden target, it was shaped as a person. The face was made to look like  Hiccup... Loki waved his hand and Blue brutally destroyed the target with a single blast. Loki looked down in sadness. This was his best friend. He had captured her, taken advantage of her, and now he had her in chains, training to kill her friends. Throughout the day, Viggo had her training to kill the riders and their dragons. He trained her to bring Hiccup to him. Blue was in her dragon form too long and she started picking the training up, she began to believe it. Loki no longer had control over her. She sat beside Viggo. He smiled,"take the chains off her....she is ready..", the guards did as he said. Loki watched as they did.

"Alright gang! Viggo's island is just up ahead. You know the plan, make it past defenses and get Blue back!", Hiccup shouted as Viggo's island came into his view. "Can I also punch Loki in the face?", Astrid asked being completely serious. "Yes....I think we all will, now focus everyone! Stay sharp!"

"Sir! Dragon riders! Approaching from the north!", a hunter shouted from a nearby tower. Viggo turned to the night fury,"it's time, now go put an end to those pathetic riders", she looked at him with blank eyes and took off. She went straight up. "Hiccup! Is that?", Astrid called out as the riders saw a night fury emerge from the island,"I think it is....", Blue headed towards them,"could she have escaped on her own?", Astrid asked quite shocked,"She must have", just as Hiccup said that, the night fury fired at them and almost knocked Hiccup and Toothless out of the sky. "What the?!" Hunter ships approached. "Looks like Viggo has gotten into her head...", Hiccup shook his head,"You guys take care of the ships, I'll go after Blue..", "but Hiccup!", "just do it!", Astrid led the riders towards the ships, Hiccup made his way to Blue. She fired at him, Hiccup dodged. "Blue! I know you're in there!", she growled, fury in her eyes,"I'll get you out don't worry!", Toothless fired and the chase began, Blue led them to the island,"bud she's trying to trap us, stay sharp!", they followed her into the forest. Toothless shot at her again and she fell to the ground. They landed beside her and Hiccup approached her slowly. She woke up in her human form. She held her head,"H-Hiccup..?" "Blue!", he hugged her, "thank Thor!", he brought her back to the riders. They had sank all the ships. Loki with Astrid, and Blue looked shocked. "He explained everything, but I still punched him.." Everyone laughed.

"You know you can stay at the edge for a while...", Blue sat on her bed with Loki, hands intertwined. "I'd love to, but I have to go back to Asgard..", she kissed him softly,"you'll visit though right?", he smiled,"You know I can't stay away from you too long..", they lay down on the bed and cuddled for hours. Until Loki had to leave, all of the riders waved him off. Blue and Spyro were the only two left by the evening, still looking off into the distance. "I wonder why Dad made me forget about him..." Spyro looked up at her with big friendly eyes. "Which also makes me wonder why he wanted me to marry Thor anyway..", Spyro looked as though he was trying to think. "We need answers...."
