"I'm okay, mama." Elsa said, as her mom braided her hair into her usual braid. Queen Idun thought her hair was too beautiful to cut, so instead of cutting it she tied it up into a braid.
"Are you sure, Elsa?" She asked, and Elsa nodded.
"You ask me this question almost everyday..." She mumbled, and her mom stopped for a quick second.
"Well....Elsa, you're not like any of the others." She said, and Elsa frowned.
"What do you mean by that?" She asked. Her mom debated whether or not that she should tell her about what happened.
"Um...nobody here has your hair color. That's one thing that makes you special." Elsa clapped her hands with a big smile.
"Really?!" She excitingly exclaimed. Her mom nodded, and King Adgar walked into the room.
"Oh! Why so excited?" He asked, and Elsa turned to him.
"Mama said that nobody but me has my hair color!" She grinned. The king gave the queen a look, and she shrugged. Yes, it's very queen-like to shrug.
Queen Idun tied Elsa's hair and let her play with her dolls.
"Idun, relax....you're tense." The King pointed out as he rubbed her back.
"Adgar, I'm worried about her...." Looking at Elsa she furrowed her eyebrows together.
"People may call her a freak because of fear, and I most certainly don't want that to happen....nobody and I mean nobody but her has that hair color here...at least, naturally. It'll fascinate them in the wrong way." She explained, and Adgar sighed-turning her to face Elsa.
"Honestly, what's more beautiful than that?" He asked. They both watched Elsa run around and play with snowflakes coming out of her fingertips. Idun smiled and shook her head.
"Nothing. I guess you're right..." she calmed down, and Adgar smiled.
"That's good. Let's just hope her powers don't affect her upcoming sister." He said, and he placed a hand on top of Idun's belly.
Yes, she was pregnant. They had no idea how Elsa got her powers, but they dearly hoped that their next daughter (whom they planned to name Anna) would not get any sorcery like Elsa-she was already a handful.
Jack stood by the window and listened as the king and queen talked to each other. He winced at their negative comments, and mumbled a sorry after they wondered who gave her the powers in the first place.
'It's not my fault, she was happy when I gave her the snowflake...!' Jack reasoned to himself. The thought pondered in his head for a moment before he shrugged with a satisfied look and continued to listen.
He peeked into the window a little bit and noticed Elsa playing in the other side of the room with a small snowflake appearing out of her hands. The king and queen were still having a conversation amongst one another, and they didn't acknowledge Elsa at the other side of the room.
She climbed onto the sofa and jumped around, giggling at the snowflakes that appeared out of her stubby little hands. Jack let out a quiet chuckle.
"Seems like she's having fun." He said to no one in particular, and his eyes went wide as she suddenly slipped off the cushion. He quickly made a pile of snow appear on the floor, and she landed on top of it with an 'oomph.' Jack let out a sigh of relief whilst Elsa gasped with a huge smile.
"Mama, papa, look! Oh my gosh! Look at all this snow!" She cheered as she pointed at the pile of snow under her. The king and queen worriedly glanced at each other before picking Elsa up and bringing her to another room.
Jack face-palmed to himself as he realized he just made the king and queen worry even more, and hit himself on the head with his staff.
After a few minutes of grumbling to himself, he flew to the other room they were at, and saw that they had put Elsa fast asleep on her new bed. He looked around the room to see if anybody was there, and listened for any nearby voices or footsteps. Once the coast was clear, he opened the window wider and stepped inside.
He smiled to himself as he saw familiar decorations the king and queen have added as the years went by, and stood next to Elsa's bed. He remembered it being a crib, now it was a bed made just for her. It was about six times her regular size, and Jack scoffed.
'Royalty, much.' He thought to himself.
Taking a look at the small princess, he smiled as little snores came out of her mouth.
"Cute." He mumbled to himself, before flying out the window--closing it behind him--off to wherever he felt like going to at the moment.

Holy shoes it says I last updated it in September I'M SORRY BUT HI I'M SORTA BACK?
Jack you creep
I dunno what to do man, should I make these first few chapters all about Elsa's childhood or make them little snippets of when she's growing up? So like in future chapters I could mention Elsa's childhood in certain scenes?
P.S. You can see the writing style is different as you read 'cause legit half of this was written a few months ago whilst the other half was written just now
But yeah....okay question time (even though I have a question book shh)
Q: Jack or Hiccup?
A: asdfghjkl
