Klaus woke up feeling extremely weak - he couldn't see and the intense vortex of darkness that surrounded him sent waves of anxiety pulsating throughout his whole body.

"Violet? Sunny? Anyone?" he questioned pointlessly for, little did he know, no one was there to help him in this distraught and tough situation.

He felt around for his glasses however stumbled upon broken shards of glass and soon after stopped his search, somehow knowing that he was in great danger. An unbearable pain filled his head, making it feel as if it were fallin apart into tiny pieces; his ankle was burning with an indescribable soreness and the unknowing sense of fear tingled him to the very core.

His brain had shut down; clamping tight his clammy hands, sweat trickled down his palm; he tried to scream yet no words would come put of his dry mouth.

Millions of thoughts stumbled anxiously throughout his brain - where was he? What had happened? Are the other safe? He didn't know what to think: what to do. He couldn't stop but feel hopeless and lost.

All of a sudden, a creak was heard from the outside of the unknown and the sound of multiple footsteps echoed through the walls of the hidden place Klaus was being held captive in. Distinct voices entered Klaus's ears and within every second, the voices became louder and louder, until in a huge swish the metallic door swung open on its hinges, revealing Klaus's vicious captivators...

Meanwhile, two of the sailors had already woken up to a bright and sunny day. The sky was a blazing blue, cloudless and the ocean waves were sparkling under the warm shimmering rays of the sun - the view from the mouth of the cave looked absolutely splendid.

The sqauking of the early birds was like sounds from a music box - soothing and calm. In that moment, nothing could destroy worlds happiness, not even the slightest cloud or pinch of rain.

Violet Baudelaire and Quigley Quagmire sat there on the hard rock of moss, one of the first to awaken from the world of naps, gazing at the stunning sight, and just sitting there, unaware of the misfortune their brother - and friend - was in.

They sat there is utter silence, either too shy to talk or too engulfed in the beautiful scenery to say a word to each other. They sat and stared like this for countless minutes, until one of them...

"I missed you..." all of a sudden started Quigley, still admiring the sea, while his face took the shade of a hot crimson red.

Violet glanced at him for a second then quickly turned away, smiling contently, her pale face burning with fire and metamorphosing into a pink tomatoe.

"I missed you too..." she explained quietly, after a moment of silence, so that her siblings don't hear her, "I thought you were gone." A small tear trickled down her face - of happiness or melancholy - not long after being swept away by the gentle hands of Quigley Quagmire.

He cautiously took her face into his hands looking straight into her beady blue eyes, and all that the eldest Baudelaire could think about was the forthcoming of two lips interlocking with a strong kiss.

The only thing that she could see was his light pink lips, awaiting to touch her own. She could feel his warm breath on her rosy cheeks, her loves hand slipping down her neck, down her beautiful shoulders, down to her hips, down and even further and his lips 0.1 cm away from her own.

Not long after, she could feel her lips touching his and all the worries in the world were instantly swept away. It was such a soothing feeling that she felt that it lasted for ages and ages and ages. Her neck sparked up with fire as her one and only kissed it with an even brighter passion and pulling her closer and closer and closer...
