Part 6: Who?

I woke up late. Damn late. I was supposed to be up before 7 but it's almost 9. I need to grab some shoes and breakfast real quick and have to get to my workplace before 10. God I am going to pass out half day today.

I took a quick shower and changed into my favorite light pink hoodie and black mini skirt. I grabbed my stuffs and my backpack and put on my doomed sneakers. Going through such a morning, I nearly forget to bring my guitar.

The lift at this time of the day at my apartment is a complete no-no. Choosing to live in this apartment? Good luck for your marathon kiddo.

Running for the staircase, I still had time to greet Aunty Ian. When I neared the staircase, I nearly bumped into her son, Min. Perhaps for the hundredth time.

"Late again, Mi-ssi?"

"Nope just jogging, Oppa".

I walked real fast out of my apartment lobby and I came into an abrupt stop when I remembered something.

I walked towards the sewer and peeked inside. There laid the dead body of the unwanted visitor from yesterday.

"Looks like Aunty Ian and you killed another cockroach?" My other neighbor, Mr Jeon caught me peeking at the murdered body by me and Aunty Ian.

"This is not about him. I'll pay respects to he and his family later"

I got on the bus sharp at 9:10a.m.

The bus was so full because many people are riding it to the workplace as well. The bus reached my first destination in 10 minutes. I got down at Central Street 21. It is okay because this timing is quite fast for this time of the day especially at this part of the city. I wasted no time to walk. Running was the only option I have at the moment especially when I have to arrive at my workplace before 10. I just love how this street has everything you need and it has its pride for being the most convenient street especially for the busy ones, like me for example. This street is also near to the Central Square. All it takes is a 5 minutes' walk.

I quickly got into 'Clara's Shoes & Bags House' and headed straight for the sneakers section. I stopped at the view of over 100 pair of sneakers beautifully placed on the shelves with bright lights with reasonable price. I mean who wouldn't pay for these cuties especially when they see them look like these? Yes for me these are cuties and I guess it is also for some of you out there.

A red one caught my attention out of hundreds of them. It was affordable. Anyhow, it's just going to last for a month if those kiddos in this team I'm in drag me around the city for our latest project.

I just reached the counter and someone literally pushed me aside.

"Let me pay for her"
