Part 7 : Audition~

"Excuse me~"

My words stopped when I saw the culprit who's responsible for what just happened.

"J- Jeong Hyun?"

"Hi Noona!"                     **Noona is how younger boys call girls older than them in Korean**

The girl working at the counter didn't think too much and accepted his credit card straight away. We didn't spoke until we got out from the shop. I checked my phone for the time. It was already 9:45 a.m.

"Great I'm running late. I am sorry Jeong Hyun- ah I gotta run now or I'll be late for work and thank you so much for the shoes! I am really so sorry. I'm in a hurry. I'll pay you back this evening after work. Wait no! Are you free today for lunch?"

"Ah yes noona!"

"Great. Then we just have lunch together. I'll text you the location later"

"Okay noona! See ya!!"

I reached my workplace exactly a minute earlier.

*Being proud of myself*

Wait hang on... I think I forgot something on my way here...

"Hey Bo-mi, seems like you just arrived", Joy my teammate walked in carrying the exact thing I forgot on my way here.

"Guess I forgot my breakfast again... Jeong Hyun-ah..."

"No bummers. I am always there to save your life. Wait, you met Jeong Hyun this morning?"

"Thank you Joy and yeah I met the inauspicious person on my here and forgot to grab my breakfast."

"Inauspicious woo... I wonder how he'll react when he hears that lol"

"Definitely gonna have a mental breakdown and cries like a baby"

"Well he is all of us spoiled baby"

"If that gets out to him one day on the exact same day I'll quit my job". Joy's laughter followed by mine filled the entire work space.

"Okay Mi-ssi but don't you dare leave this company under any circumstances, promise?"

"I will definitely not at all. This company is just like my home and you guys are my family too. How will I abandon my home and family just like that?" With a glad smile on Joy's face, we both headed to the studio.

[Ah yes! I almost forgot to tell you where and who I am working as. I am working in a broadcasting unit under a music company. Here we broadcast TV shows but they are about music. For example, one of the current programs we are working on is called 'The Rhythm in You' where we bring you the live audition for this music company. I am officially involved in this program as the editor and also assistant of the sound and music system. To be short, hello I am one of 'The Rhythm in You' crew member. It's nice to meet you. Okay let's get back to the story]

The studio is crowded like how a night market will look like. Well no surprise because the show is starting soon. You can see all the participants for the audition getting ready for their que. Our manager and PD are here already. I really salute how these young boys are very talented and they keep on motivating each other so they won't be too nervous. They are all swooped by each other amazing talents.

The show is ready to be on air in 10 minutes. You can clearly feel the intense atmosphere in the studio.

It's time for the first young boy to show off his skills. He started to rap a song in English by a famous rapper. I was really amazed at how fast he could rap just like the rap song he picked. One by one slowly entered for their turn. We were extremely busy playing the songs picked by them. Joy is busy calling out their names one by one in sequence for their turn. It was almost 11 and we still have a few more to go. I excused myself to drink some water. When I got back in, I wasn't expecting for a really big surprise. I quickly ran to Joy for a confirmation. She too was still shocked. She showed me the name list. I gasped.

"No way~"
