Chapter 5

JADEN'S POV

"Have you done what I asked you to do?" My dad said on the other side of the phone.

"Not yet dad, I told you that I need more time." I said as I frowned and tried to make my dad understand.

"You are running out of time Jaden!" He said with anger in his voice.

"Just trust me, I will get her and we will have everything we need dad. Just trust me on this one." I said.

"Fine, you have a month to get this mission done or else..." He hung up his phone.

Damn I'm in big trouble, he can come flying from the other side of the world just to get his mission done and I might suffer for not getting it done. Josh, will also suffer for this and I don't want that.

"Are you okay bro?" Josh asked.

"Yeah, I'm good. Just a little tired." I lied. I leaned back on the couch trying to connect the dots together on how I will succeed without anyone getting hurt.

And now I will have to prepare for my date with Jane tomorrow. I really like her to be honest. I would like to know her a bit more. Not really about the past but at least about her dislikes and likes, how she became a self made billionaires and other stuff.

On the other hand, Josh has a thing for Lilly and I would hate for them to get punished by my deeds. You have to find a way Jaden, as soon as possible.

"Go and rest man, tomorrow you re going on a date with Jane." Josh gave me a teasing look. Damn him.

I jus nodded and headed to my bedroom,  I just jumped on top of the bed, thoughts running through my mind, thinking about how I am going to make Jane happy and other stuff.

JANE'S POV

I kept on thinking about the note and the roses I got from Ivan, it has been bothering me the whole week. What does he want from me? My life was going good till he decided to show me that he is still not extinct.

I told Lilly about what happened and she told me that Ivan is only back because of seeing me in magazines and almost all over the news.

Yeah, I was in magazines. Vogue magazines, Forbes, well technically in very important magazines. I have seen comments coming from people saying that I look sexy, I looked different and a self made billionaires is not common in the world. But I particularly believe that thats not true.

The are other woman out there who are independent, even though they are not known around the world, but I believe that they are happy with their secret lives. I wanted mine to be a secret but eventually it broke out when I started to think out of the box.

I would say that I have the best team anyone can ask for. I don't always have to go to meetings because sometimes it just shows your employees that you don't really trust them.
