Allay Thy Ecstasy

Chapter 7

JADEN'S POV

Her scent was so mesmerizing that it filled the who car. I really tried my best to focus on the road but my eyes betrayed me and kept staring at Jane. I couldn't help it.

Her legs were so stunningly gorgeous. I may sound absurd but this is true. Trying to control myself I ran my hands on the steering wheel pretending like it was her legs.

I really wanted to feel her skin on mine. Her legs were so tempting that my senses were causing a lot adrenaline around my body. My brain brought unwanted but sexy thoughts.

I could see myself with her in our house if I am still alive by then. Our odd kids running around the yard. Having genes of both Jane and I, playing around the yard making merry.

I didn't say I'm a robot but I'm just pointing out that while I was in high school, my friends used to say that I walk like a robot, I sat like a robot and I really act one. You get the idea.

The traffic light turned red and I was so happy. I could finally talk and look at Jane even though I am really nervous talking to her.

"What are you staring at?" She asked the minute my eyes roamed.

"At you of course. Anything wrong?" I asked with a smirk.

"Yeah. Just making me uncomfortable." She blushed.

"Wow I made you blush," I paused, "isn't that amazing though." I laughed.

The traffic light turned green and unfortunately I had to focus on the road yet again. I didn't notice this until now but Jane had amazing eyes. Dark and mysterious.

Her cheeks looked soft and temptingly attractive. I wouldn't mind kissing them the whole night.

"Where are you taking me?" She broke the silence.

"Home." I grinned.

I turned to look at her just to see her expression but the minute I wanted to see it, she looked out of the window. I smiled at the thought of her blushing.

"Usually you are a serious person. What happened to the lady who doesn't have emotions?" I asked.

"I don't want to talk about it." She said as her hands turned into fists.

I didn't ask further questions. If she was not ready to tell me anything then I might as well wait for her. Patience.

Lilly told me that Jane loved beacon and I was now taking her to the best restaurant that served the best beacon in the country. It wasn't fancy nor was it not fancy. Just average.

"And here we are." I said we stopped near the restaurant. I got out and went around to opened the door for her.

Usually I see her with no emotions on her face but today she showed more than enough. I really liked that. It shows you are really doing a good job Jaden. My brain was right.

Motioning for the entrance door of the restaurant Jane stopped and looked up the name of the restaurant. Shit.

"Follow me." I said trying to make her ignore the sign.

"Is this your restaurant?" She asked in a surprised expression.

"Uh," I tried to lie but my brain couldn't. Stupid organ, "yeah it is." I finally said. She just nodding and walked to me slowly.

This is the part of my life that I really am not proud of. People finding who I really am. If Jane is going to be in life, then she will find more about me and my dad. Not good.

We sat in a private sector on the other side of the restaurant. I told the waitress to bring Jane a menu full with specials of beacon. Her expression was priceless. She was smiling like a 10 year old girl.

"Why are you smiling like that?" I asked trying to act surprised.

She squeaked, "Beacon."

"You love beacon?"

"Yeah, its actually my favourite. Along with chocolate ice cream, prawns, sushi, crab, lobster..." She trailed off noticing that she had had said too much information.

"Come on, carry on." I said with amusement.

"Just order, the waitress is here." She pointed at the waitress coming at our direction.

She ordered two plates of different specials full of beacon. So this is the real Jane Rulo, how amazing.

JANE'S POV

I have never ordered this much beacon in my life. Lilly is the one who does the shopping at home so she doesn't bring enough beacon, just enough for the month. Some sort of best friend.

My two specials consisted of pork ribs, steak, sausages, barbeque wings and beacon of course .

I took the first bite of my first special and I thought I moaned inside but my moan was out loud.

"I guess the food is nice,isn't it?" Jaden asked with amusement.

"Uh...yeah." I felt my cheeks heat up and I looked down to hide the blush that was going to creep up on my face.

"Nice to hear that." He spoke in a soft voice.

We continued to eat in silence. I could see that Jaden was really staring at me while I was busy engulfing my food. I couldn't help. This is best best beacon I have ever eaten in my life.

"You have to finish those plates, we have to go somewhere after this." He said wiping his mouth with a napkin.

I just nodded at him still continuing to eat my food with delight.

Ecstasy.

The minute I finished my plates, the waitress immediately came to take our plates. She didn't come with a check and that made me look bad. I can't take a free meal from someone, I have to pay.

"Hey, where's the check?" I asked Jaden.

"There's no check. The meal is in the house. Its Friday night and the meal is always on the house. Well except for tips. They are never on the house." He said firmly.

No wonder why it was a full house today. Probably loyal customers know that today the meals were on the house.

"Wow, did you come with the idea of this whole thing?" I asked.

"Well yeah, it is always full in here and so I thought I might reward my loyal customers with a free meal."

"Oh, that's good."

I was so amazed with what Jaden has done for his customers and for his business. It looked successful and maybe I could work with him.

"How would it be if I invested in your restaurant?" I asked firmly.

He gently said, "We'll talk business after our date."

I just nodded and we tipped the waitress and made our way out of the restaurant. We were back inside the car as silence evaded again.

"Now I am taking you to a restaurant that makes the best deserts."

Yay! I yelled in my mind.

"You look happy from the corner of my eye." Jaden said slightly laughing.

"Shut up and drive." I said.
